Snowpiercer is a Netflix series is about the world seven years after it’s become a frozen wasteland. The remaining population of the Earth lives on a fast-moving train that travels across the globe. There is a huge social imbalance, as the lower class passengers live at the tail end of the train, while the rich prosper.

It’s a cool concept and pretty tense at times, with great performances from Daveed Diggs and Jennifer Connelly.

3% is a Brazilian Netflix Original series about two opposing communities, Offshore and Inland. Everyone in Inland has the opportunity to go to Offshore in order to live a better life.

The only issue is that only 3% of people make it through the process. It’s an interesting take on the genre and is a cool idea. Fans of The Hunger Games will appreciate 3% for its similar themes and great story.

His Dark Materials is a recent TV show based on the popular book series of the same name. It tells the story of two different worlds: our world and the magic world, in which humans have daemons that accompany them through everyday life, as an extension of their soul.

The first series follows the plot of the first book, Nothern Lights, where a young girl called Lyra Belacqua goes on an adventure through parallel universes and discovers more about her lineage, as well as her connection with Will Parry.
