10 Early Bird

What is interesting is that even though she usually goes to bed early, she then wakes up in the middle of the night to read for an hour or two and she goes to bed again.

Although it may seem a bit unusual, being a mother of three means there is no quiet time unless it is the middle of the night when every single one of her children is asleep. Also, the actress regularly falls asleep on the couch.

The role that Julie Bowen had in Modern Family was married to a real estate broker and in real life, she is married to a real estate investor. And as there are some minor differences in the two professions so there are in how successful the husbands are.

There is a medical condition known as bradycardia and Bowen has it. It is basically a condition where one is resting their heartbeat beats under 60 beats per minute which is not good for the heart and its condition. This is why she has a pacemaker so that it assures her heartbeat doesn’t drop to dangerously low levels.

It sounds very dangerous and scary but this is actually common and quite a lot of people have one. Better safe than sorry.

6 Labor Time

As an actress having to act going into labor is complicated and hard, so apparently Bowen went into character so hard that she caused her actual labor while faking labor on a TV show.

This happened during the time she was filming an episode for the show Boston Legal. It was later confirmed that she gave birth to a boy, Oliver McLanahan Phillips, at a Los Angeles hospital.
