90 Day Fiancé: All Clues Paul & Karine Are Done Forever

The tumultuous couple Paul and Karine Staehle from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise have had their fair share of ups and downs, but unfortunately, it appears that their time as an official duo may be over. Not everybody finds the love of their life in America, and this popular TLC reality show stars couples who have applied for K-1 visas, so they can marry their foreign fiances and fiancees. In over seven years, this show has spawned 15 spin-offs, and Paul and Karine starred in three of them, so they’ve filmed four seasons in total.

From their first appearance on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, viewers have seen Paul and Karine at their worst and at their best. Despite their communication problems and concerns about lack of work, they have stayed together for four years. In fact, this past year, they recently welcomed the newest addition to their family. In February 2021, Karine gave birth to their second son, Ethan. Their oldest son Pierre will be three in March. While their relationship seemed more strained than usual recently, they’ve had a lot of problems in the past and stayed together. Despite stress and turmoil, they always tried to solve their problems. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case this time.

A few days ago, Karine took to Instagram, where the 90DF alum shared her current troubles. Much to viewers’ surprise, she spent the holidays away from her two children, but Karine’s currently trying to figure out her rights as she fights for divorce. “The last few days have been the worst of my life, spending such a special date away from my greatest treasures that are my children is heartbreaking, and all this because of the childish attitudes of my ex-husband who I’m fighting tirelessly for divorce.” Karine explained that the relationship wasn’t healthy and she needed to leave.

The reality star Karine also said that that she’s trying to figure out the next best move for her and her children, but can’t leave the country. “Many people ask why I didn’t return to Brazil, understand that it’s not that easy, I have two children who have US citizenship and I can’t just take them out of the country without their father’s permission.” Fans can’t help but feel Karine’s pain as she struggles in a foreign country with very little support. Unfortunately, it doesn’t end there. Upon further investigation, fans found that Karine’s profile no longer had any pictures of Paul. His IG account was scrubbed of all pictures and now has only three new photos.

Karine concluded the post by asking for one last thing, “Respect my feelings, respect a story that many here do not know, respect me as a human being and a woman!” These are strong words that really tell a story. It’s sad to say, but it appears to even the most hardcore fans of Paul and Karine that the relationship is over. Since the franchise is about finding love, it’s quite unfortunate to see so many couples who don’t make it through. Even though Paul and Karine’s relationship seemed like a rollercoaster ride, they always managed to move past their differences. However, it seems like they’ve decided divorce is the best thing for them this time around. 90 Day Fiancé viewers want the best for both of them.
