Many 90 Day Fiance viewers are annoyed to see Big Ed’s latest Instagram video in which he claimed that he is on a weight loss journey. Fans couldn’t find much difference in his physique, and they think he is lying about his weight loss and giving questionable fitness tips. While some 90 Day Fiance viewers find Ed funny and entertaining, others don’t like his entitled behavior. He disrespected his ex Rosemarie Vega and then ridiculed ex Liz’s feelings by calling her stupid.

After his abusive phone call with Liz went viral, many 90 Day Fiance watchers tried to get him banned by TLC. But, Ed is now consistently trying to change his “predator” image by sharing encouraging and motivational messages and updates about his weight loss journey on his Instagram. He keeps sharing selfies from his gym while working out. In April, the 55-year-old TLC star said that he is aiming to lose 30 pounds, and he has already lost over 25 pounds.

He has now shared another video on Instagram in which he shows off his physique and gives some workout advice. In the short clip, Ed said that he is coming up with a new video that would showcase his weight loss journey. The video is titled “From Big Ed to Fit Ed.” Ed told his IG followers that he usually wraps an elastic band around his waist before a workout, which “holds all the fat until you lose it.” He also likes to drink an energy drink before hitting the gym. He said fans who want to lose weight could order a neoprene waist belt for $18 online and use it during the workout.

The newly transformed Ed removed his shirt in front of the viewers and then wore the waist belt while flaunting his belly. After seeing him without clothes, many 90 Day Fiance fans suggested that Ed hadn’t lost any weight. Viewers now think that he is faking the weight loss. A fan said, “You’ve not lost pound one- in fact, you appear to have gained. Quit with the gong show already.” Someone else said, “You look to me you put more weight on dam you better lock your mouth.” Others were disappointed to watch Ed give controversial workout advice.

A fan wrote, “You do realize that you told people to wrap themselves in neoprene and drink energy drinks for fitness advice??” Another fan said, “Don’t drink the energy drinks; ruin any progress you’ll make; it’s all sugar.” Some fans who work out claimed that waist belts don’t help in weight loss, and it only helps in losing water weight. Besides, energy drinks have a high sugar content that can be unhealthy for someone trying to lose weight. After seeing fans’ reactions, it seems like the 90 Day Fiance star should keep his fitness tips a secret.
