90 Day Fiancé: Big Ed’s Best Outdoor Pics After Weight Loss

Popular 90 Day Fiancé franchise star Big Ed Brown reportedly lost over 30 pounds, and he loves showing off his fitness progress in outdoor photos. TLC viewers may know the San Diego native from 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 4 and 90 Day: The Single Life, during which he had very troubled relationships with younger women. While Ed could not change his controversial attitude on the show, he did manage to alter his looks through weight loss.

Over the months, the 90 Day Fiancé icon has shared photos that show his transformation. The 57-year-old reality star’s fitness journey started after Rosemarie Vega dumped him. At the time, he vowed to lose 30 pounds, to become the best version of himself. In early 2021, Ed revealed that he had managed to drop 25 pounds, and wasn’t shy about showing fans his slimmer face. Ed has come a long way, as he’s cut his infamous long hair, and found love with Liz Woods.

The couple is engaged, and appearing on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 7. Ed’s new relationship has also benefited his fitness, as Liz Woods is his gym buddy, as well as his life partner. The two often share post-workout selfies on their social media accounts, letting fans know that they are serious about their health. Since Ed’s weight loss, he has also been traveling more, and enjoying his time in new locations.

One of his outdoor photos was posted in 2021, when he walked around Times Square in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Ed displayed his newly-transformed look while wearing a blue sweater, and pointed to a building featuring his 90 Day: The Single Life promotional banners. He captioned the post, “If you can make it here you can make it in San Diego..!”

Another one of Ed’s outdoor adventures comes from September 2021, when he posted a weight loss comparison on Instagram. He wrote, “First round of @boombod done and goals are CRUSHED,” and showed off two snaps of himself. In one picture, Ed was standing at home, topless, displaying his pre-weight loss physique. In the other photo, he was shown enjoying the heat of San Diego’s desert area while showing his revamped body in a black outfit.

Recently, the controversial reality star Ed enjoyed a day out with his fiancee Liz, as they explored neighborhoods in San Diego, California. In the Instagram reel, he and his much younger partner enjoyed doing different activities, such as riding on his black scooter. One picture showed the two sitting in a restaurant, while another featured them hitting the gym. Ed captioned the picture with, “My baby, chilling in North Park..!” as he displayed his candid side to 90 Day Fiancé viewers.
