After showing off a leaner figure on Instagram, former 90 Day Fiancé star Brittany Banks has now revealed the diet she followed to drop 22 pounds. Apart from Brittany, a couple of other TLC stars have lost a lot of weight in the last few months. Angela Deem underwent weight loss surgery in August 2020 and has now dropped about 90 pounds. After seeing meemaw’s slimmer figure, Tiffany Franco also had gastric sleeve surgery in June 2021. She has also dropped over 40 pounds in the last few months.

While some 90 Day Fiancé stars took the help of cosmetic procedures to get rid of extra weight, others started working out. For instance, Big Ed and Karine Staehle chose to lose weight naturally. The San Diego native started working out in the gym, and the mommy of two boys Karine lost all the baby weight by jogging. At the beginning of October, Brittany also showed off her weight loss transformation. Many 90 Day Fiancé fans were stunned to see her drastically different figure after losing 70 pounds.

Brittany has now claimed that she is able to alter her weight and body shape whenever she wants. Aspiring rapper Brittany posted a video (included below) to flaunt her skinny figure and toned belly, calling herself a “body scientist.” She wrote, “I know how to make myself thick and then skinny when I want.” In order to lose 22 pounds, Brittany said that she had to focus, tweak her eating habits, and walk more. She reportedly weighs 133 pounds at the moment, but whenever she’d like to have a curvier body, she could just add “more protein and carbs” in moderation to her diet. To rock stunning styles in winter, she’s decided to have a small thigh gap and a thinner look.

When Brittany weighed 155 pounds and had “thick thighs and super big b**t,” she told someone she would go back to her “Miami weight at 130.” She didn’t think that that person believed her at the time, but Brittany has now lost weight. The 90 Day Fiancé alum explained that body recomposition is possible when someone doesn’t have a health condition. Earlier, some fans accused Brittany of getting liposuction on her tummy. However, she claimed that she lost weight by doing high-intensity interval training and having salmon and spinach.

Brittany has been honest about the cosmetic procedures she got in the past. Since she seems to have a fair knowledge about different diets and workouts, it looks like she achieved her dream body naturally. Overall, she seems satisfied with the fitness regime she has been following. She also seems to be doing great after Yazan Abu Harirah’s wedding. Brittany focused on herself last summer and crushed fitness goals. With that said, many fans would love to know the detailed account of her workout routine and diet plan.
