90 Day Fiancé: Colt Johnson Gives Weight Loss Update With Rare Pool Pic

90 Day Fiancé star Colt Johnson reminds fans of his infamous Speedo scene with Jess Caroline as he gives a weight loss update on Instagram. A lot has been going on in Colt’s life since his last appearance on 90 Day: The Single Life. Since his secret wedding with longtime bestie Vanessa Guerra, Colt revealed they suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage. On the brighter side, Colt’s mother Debbie Johnson is now looking for love as she enters the Las Vegas dating scene in 90 Day: The Single Life season 2. Debbie recently shocked fans with a makeover of her own.

Fans have seen Colt struggle with both his weight and women on 90 Day Fiancé. However, he’s always been confident enough to flaunt his body. Viewers have watched Colt workout at play parks on TV and throw up after doing a handful of pushups, giving the franchise a moment of comedy gold. However, Colt has always fallen prey to negative comments about him, be they about his body or his dating choices. Still, Colt managed to make fitness a priority during the COVID-19 pandemic and revealed  he was going to the gym every day.

Colt showed off the results in a recent Instagram story. The dramatic weight loss was accompanied by Colt’s new long hair and beard. He wore swimming trunks to display his new body and, although he does have some loose skin, Colt had a massive smile to show how happy he is with his progress. During his interview with Screen Rant in March, Colt admitted that it’s “the first time” he’s been focused on gaining muscle and actually toning and defining his body.

While that was before Colt returned to 90 Day Fiancé with The Single Life, he shared COVID made it easier for him to lose weight as he had a lot of free time. The physical transformation came as a blessing for Colt mentally as well because he gained more “positive feelings and energy.” The computer engineer didn’t really go on a diet but watched what he was eating. Vanessa complimented her husband’s new long hair and beard by saying he looks sexy.

As revealed by Vanessa during a Q&A on her Instagram, she is now doing much better after Colt revealed the miscarriage news. The 90 Day Fiancé couple was hoping to have a baby boy and had also thought of naming him Wesley. Fans have been concerned about the pair and have been sending them lots of love and support on IG. Since Colt and Vanessa don’t share a lot about their day-to-day life on social media, fans did worry about how they were dealing with the painful loss. After Vanessa’s update, seeing Colt smiling on his stories likely makes his supporters feel relieved.
