Popular 90 Day Fiancé twins Darcey and Stacey Silva, best known for their multiple plastic surgeries, are at it again in the upcoming Darcey & Stacey season 2. The OG 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days alum, Darcey featured on four seasons, during which fans saw many of the Connecticut star’s makeovers. Admittedly attracted to young, European men half their age, both Darcey and Stacey have showed off their mommy makeovers on 90 Day Fiancé, and Instagram as well. And as Darcey and Stacey return for season 2 of their twin-themed spin-off, they’re looking unrecognizable with shocking new surgeries.

The iconic 90 Day Fiancé sisters Darcey and Stacey both turned 46 in September, and on season 1 of Darcey & Stacey, got engaged to Georgi Rusev and married Florian Sukaj respectively. When fans first met Darcey, the mother-of-two prepared to fly to Amsterdam to meet Jesse, and looked very different with long dark hair and so did Stacey. Since then, Darcey and Stacey have gone from brunette to blonde, and even featured plastic surgeons and dermatologists in their storylines treatments like botox, fillers and augmentation. Fans are also known to mock the 90 Day Fiancé stars for their constant use of filters and photoshop on social media.

But with season 2 of Darcey & Stacey promising double the drama, the 90 Day Fiancé cast members are also going all out with their twin transformation. The 2021 edition shows Darcey doubting Georgi’s intentions and Florian asking Stacey for a baby. But before the trailer reveals how Darcey spirals down into yet another failed relationship, it also acquaints TLC viewers with her and Stacey’s new laundry list of plastic surgeries. The first look starts off with Darcey and Stacey choosing hair, “saging it” and mouthing, “Please Lord God, love us honor us with this hair” to rid it of any negativity.

“We’re doing a twin transformation,” Darcey tells the cameras as the clip shows her wiggling her behind wrapped in a diaper towards Stacey. They confess that they’re getting some revisions “to get snatched” for Darcey’s wedding. The 90 Day Fiancé stars are also opting for a breast reduction. Later comes in the “Barbie nose,” a lip lift, and new veneers. A scene with Stacey and her shaved teeth then flashes on the screen as she video calls Florian and asks him, “Hey, baby, you like my new teeth?”

On Darcey Silva’s own Instagram page where she reposted the video, 90 Day Fiancé fans appeared confused about her getting more surgeries. Fans asked what “lip lift” means and when another TLC viewer explained it’s when they “lift the top lip towards the nose to make it bigger without using fillers,” the fan admitted they didn’t even know it was a thing. Fans feel the Darcey & Stacey stars have gone too far with altering their bodies, and are often startled to see how beautiful the Silva twins looked when they were teens.
