90 Day Fiance: Everything To Know About Minty, Tarik & Hazel’s Ex Girlfriend

Fans of 90 Day Fiancé are dying to know everything about Tarik and Hazel’s ex-girlfriend Minty and they should be aware that there’s good news and bad news. The good news is that this raven-haired beauty was dropped in viewers’ laps like manna from heaven. We’re talking about a serious “scratch-the-needle-on-the-record” moment. The bad news is that Minty is mostly off the map in North America, aside from a few photos of her that have surfaced since Tarik admitted to a brief connection with her.

It all started on the December 13 episode of 90 Day Fiancé. Tarik confessed that he had embarked on a brief flirtation with his new favorite flavor, Minty. The tryst was apparently short-lived, but he did note that after confessing to Hazel about it, she grew curious. She wanted to see a picture of the other woman. When Tarik showed Hazel what Minty looked like, she was smitten and admitted to being interested in women. Tarik feigned surprise over this. However, his brother Dean already seemed to be aware of Hazel’s sexuality, as he made claims about her bisexuality back in 2018. Minty is pretty and managed to get Tarik and Hazel wrapped up in quite an entanglement. Tarik and Hazel set out to incorporate Minty into a “throuple.” Minty traveled from her native Thailand to the Philippines and met up with the couple there. According to In Touch Weekly, things started out pleasantly enough. However, Hazel’s jealousy quickly surfaced.

“Everything was beautiful for about two and a half days, but day three, Hazel just put an end to it. Hazel felt like Minty was more into me than she was into Hazel and Hazel could see I was just fascinated by Minty,” Tarik explained. “Hazel told me to never contact Minty ever again,” he added. However, with all the commotion surrounding the coronavirus pandemic, Tarik reached out to Minty to check up on her. He admitted on 90 Day Fiancé that he’s been too scared to come clean to Hazel about contacting Minty, out of fear that it will “mess up” their relationship.

We also know that Minty must be a great conversationalist because she managed to hold Tarik’s attention, even in Hazel’s presence. Tarik has often spoken of his love of Asia. He lists Thailand among his favorite places. On camera, Tarik and Hazel seem awkward around each other. If he was that comfortable with Minty, it’s not surprising that Hazel would begin to feel threatened. After all, finding a third person for the 90 Day Fiancé relationship was initially more about Hazel fulfilling her desire for female romantic companionship, as opposed to Tarik finding Hazel a “sister wife.”

So, that’s Minty in a nutshell. She appears to be beautiful, seductive, and threatening. It’s no wonder that Hazel and Tarik were so smitten. Maybe since the fans are so curious about Minty, she’ll be incorporated into Tarik and Hazel’s storyline in future 90 Day Fiancé seasons. If not, it was fun learning about the woman who almost managed to steal Tarik away from Hazel…and vice versa.
