Anfisa Arkhipchenko recently posted an Instagram story in which she looked like an entirely new person. A fan posted a screenshot of her “new face” on Reddit and many other 90 Day Fiancé fans agreed that she looked unrecognizable after her alleged nose job. Since Anfisa had a few cosmetic procedures before, a fan even called her “Anfisa 3.0.“

Anfisa first appeared on 90 Day Fiancé season 4 alongside her now ex-husband Jorge Nava in 2014. She was just 20 at the time and wished to live lavishly in the United States. However, her American husband couldn’t give an extravagant lifestyle. In fact, he couldn’t afford an expensive engagement ring. The couple broke up after Jorge got arrested for the possession of illegal drugs. Since then, Anfisa has been focusing on her fitness goals, and today she flaunts a drop-dead gorgeous body. However, fans have noticed that this Russian beauty has made a few drastic changes in her physical appearance in the last few years. When probed, the 25-year-old fitness trainer admitted that she had a boob job in Russia and got “400 cc” breast implants. Because she is also a fitness model, she likes to have smoother skin, and for that, she also gets Botox injections.

Almost two years ago, she also admitted to undergoing a nose job. Anfisa explained she wasn’t impressed with her big nose. And since she had deviated septum, she got it corrected. But now, the former TLC star has emerged on Instagram with a completely unrecognizable face. Many 90 Day Fiancé fans, who had seen her for three seasons on TV, couldn’t even figure out who she was at first. They commented things like, “It took me to read through this thread to even identify who this was,” and “I honestly don’t know who this is. Someone said Anfisa but I still can’t see it.” Others are criticizing her for having multiple nose jobs and completely changing her natural features. They said, “She completely ruined her nose. Shouldn’t have touched it,” “She needs to fire her plastic surgeon,” and “Her nose is a lot pointer than it used to be.“

A few days back, another former reality TV star, Ariela Weinberg, disappointed her fans by allegedly getting Botox or filler injections on her cheekbones. Many 90 Day Fiancé viewers are worried that these women are still too young to inject chemicals into their skin.
