Jihoon Lee from 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way is following in ex-wife Deavan Clegg’s footsteps by altering his appearance, and fans think he may have gotten more than a nose job. Deavan is often accused by fans of looking different on her Instagram than how she looks on the TLC reality show. After revealing his new nose job, Jihoon has started looking unrecognizable, to the point where 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way viewers are accusing the Korean reality TV star of getting more than one plastic surgery procedure. Fans suggest that Jihoon has also had other tweaks, such as micro-blading and Kybella.

Deavan and Jihoon’s off-screen arguments have now gone beyond the child abuse allegations. After Deavan accused Jihoon of allegedly pulling daughter Drascilla’s hair, Jihoon has done the same about their dog, Bam Bam. The 90 Day Fiancé couple’s new dog was introduced during the latest episode of the TLC show. When fans realized that the dog was nowhere to be seen, Deavan alleged that Jihoon gave it away to another family in a fit of anger. She claimed he was angry because Bam Bam was getting more attention than his poodle. Jihoon retorted that it was Drascilla who’d beat the dog, making it lose “a lot of hair.” TLC fans actually ended up believing him, as they’d apparently seen Drascilla playing and “tossing” Bam Bam around in Deavan’s Instagram LIVE. The Korean 90 Day Fiancé star had previously gone on an Instagram rant defending himself and replying to all of his ex-wife’s allegations. During that rant, he confirmed that he’s been “taking care” of his appearance.

The 90 Day Fiancé celeb revealed that without his family and Deavan living with him, there was “no point on saving” money. Lee also claimed, “I thought Deavan had left me because I was a nobody.” Therefore, Jihoon has apparently “invested” in himself because he wanted to be “a better person.” The TLC star took to his Jihoon Lee Instagram to flaunt his investment by posting a brand-new selfie. While Jihoon Lee wrote “#nosejob” in the caption, and had admitted to getting tattooed eyebrows earlier, he also gave skincare advice in the comments. Lee recommended sunscreen usage. As usual, Jihoon was attacked by his critics, who claim he’s had a makeover to find a replacement for Deavan. “Well I don’t need a girlfriend now just I need my son,” insisted the 90 Day Fiancé star in the comments, and was met with sympathetic responses by his followers. They wish he could be reunited with Taeyang again.

However, a few 90 Day Fiancé fans feel Jihoon has done much more than just a nose job. A post by Instagram user @thereisnostore suggests that Jihoon has also indulged in some Kybella, cheek fillers, double eyelid surgery, and micro-blading. Some felt he was “looking kind of different,” with others suggesting that it could be Photoshop or filters, like his ex Deavan Clegg is accused of using on IG. “Are you trying to look like your wife?” a comment reads, and one social media user asked, “Is it just me or is he trying to look like D’s new man?”

Recently, Deavan was spotted wearing an engagement ring after Topher made his OnlyFans announcement. While Deavan Clegg has claimed that her own ring was purchased from Amazon, she also hinted at marriage plans with Topher by posting a cryptic Instagram story. Perhaps Jihoon’s new look is a sign of him making an OnlyFans account too, as this is definitely the trend amongst all 90 Day Fiancé cast members these days.
