After dumping Colt Johnson, the 90 Day Fiance star Jess Caroline married Brian Hanvey. She has now been approved to work in the United States, which is a positive step towards getting a Green Card. Jess was first introduced on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After season 5 alongside Las Vegas native Colt. The couple looked promising at the beginning. However, they soon featured tons of problems, including trust issues. Eventually, Jess got to know that Colt was sending his private pictures to other women behind her back.

On 90 Day: The Single Life, Colt also admitted to cheating on Jess with his now-wife Vanessa Guerra. Jess raised many eyebrows when she dumped Colt and then quickly moved on with Brian. The couple knew each other for a few months when they decided to get hitched. Many 90 Day Fiance viewers thought Jess was only after American men because she wanted to get a Green Card. However, this new couple genuinely looks in love with each other and often posts lovey-dovey together on social media.

According to In Touch, Jess has got her work permit. She is now legally allowed to work, travel freely outside the United States, and apply for a driver’s license. It seems like she has been looking forward to this day for months. She said, “Getting my employment authorization document is something I have been dreaming of for a long time.” Jess added, “I’m celebrating a huge victory in my life and I’m one step closer to getting my citizenship, watch out world!” Jess has been living in America since her wedding, and it appears that she couldn’t even return to Brazil to meet her family.

Thankfully, she can freely travel to see them and then come back to America whenever she wants. It is great news for the couple because the Brazilian beauty earlier faced a deportation scare. Brian, the aspiring musician, didn’t make enough money to sponsor his wife. The minimum income requirement to sponsor Jess was $21,000, but Brian only earned $18,000 in the last year. The couple was unable to file a Green Card application unless they got a cosponsor. Brian’s parents also refused to be the cosponsor for Jess. The duo talked to their friend, Carmen, to be a co-sponsor.

She felt uncomfortable taking such a big responsibility because if Brain and Jess got divorced within the next ten years, she would be financially responsible for Jess. Fortunately, the couple was able to find a co-sponsor, and they were able to submit their Green Card application. Just like Jess, it seems like Natalie Mordovtseva has also got her work permit. After losing 30 pounds, she is establishing herself as a fitness trainer. She has launched an online fitness program for 90 Day Fiance fans.
