In the latest episode of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After, Natalie told Mike Youngquist that since she has been having a breathing problem, she has booked a secret nose operation. During the confessional, the 36-year-old beauty shared that she had panic attacks, and some liquid kept coming out of her nose. Mike was upset to learn that his wife scheduled the operation without telling him, but he tried to be supportive.

While some 90 Day Fiance fans are sympathetic and think that Natalie is genuinely dealing with a health problem, others believe that she is deceiving Mike and viewers. Fans argued that Natalie, who previously had body contouring, talked about wanting to have a slimmer nose on the 90 Day Fiance season 8 Tell-All. They think that the Ukrainian native is getting a nose job on the pretext of a nose problem and wants Mike to pay for it.

It appears that Natalie is done with her nose job because she is now sporting a tanned body and a charming face. She posted a short video on her Instagram story and panned up and down to record her entire appearance. She wore a black tank top and a floral print shirt skirt. There isn’t a massive difference between her old and seemingly new nose, but many 90 Day Fiance fans think she does have a slimmer nose now. Most of 90 Day Fiance viewers are enraged because they feel that Natalie, who was recently photobombed and wrongly identified, lied to have a nose job. A fan sarcastically wrote, “Hope she’s breathing better after her all those liquid her spewing out of her nose (aka, her nose job).” Another fan said, “Of course, it’s a nose job. Insurance covers everything else.” Some other comments read, “It’s amazing how a personality can ruin someone’s looks,” and “The boob job then nose job. Can she breathe now?”

Someone had previously asked Natalie why she looks sad in her social media pictures. Natalie didn’t dodge the question and took a dig at Mike’s mother, saying that she still has nightmares about her mother-in-law. Natalie and Trish don’t share a friendly relationship. During their latest meeting, Natalie accused her mother-in-law of calling her a slur. Even though there is no footage to prove this accusation, several clues suggest that Trish may have abused her daughter-in-law when the 90 Day Fiance camera crew wasn’t around.
