90 Day Fiancé: Paola & Russ Mayfield Reveal They’re Back Together

Former 90 Day Fiancé star Paola Mayfield recently shared that she is back together with her husband, Russ Mayfield. Paola and Russ were first introduced on 90 Day Fiancé season 1. Despite the lifestyle differences and strikingly different personalities, the couple got married in 2013. They welcomed their first child, Axel Mayfield, in 2019. Paola and Russ seemed like a perfect couple until Colombian native Paola fueled divorce rumors with her husband. In a cryptic tweet, Paola mentioned that she doesn’t take pictures with Russ because she doesn’t like to pretend that everything is fine.

What was simply social media gossip quickly turned into a fact when Paola’s manager, Dominique Enchinton, revealed the couple was indeed on a break. The manager disclosed that the major reason behind Russ and Paola’s problems was the global pandemic. The couple lived in an RV, and they had to stay indoors with each other 24/7, which took a toll on their relationship. But Paola’s manager refuted the divorce rumors and affirmed that the couple wants to fix their marital issues by entering marriage counseling. Still, 90 Day Fiancé alum Paola was seen taking digs at her husband several times on social media.

It seems Russ and Paola’s mutual efforts have genuinely worked, and they have resolved their problems. The 34-year-old reality star shared on Instagram that she has reconciled with her husband. Paola posted a video in which she enjoyed a backyard party with Russ. She captioned her post, “We believe in second chances #strongertogether.” In the video, Paola danced to Jazz music as Russ came into the shot and kissed her. Now there’s no doubt the couple is once again in deep love.

90 Day Fiancé fans are glad to see that Russ and Paola could erase the tension in their relationship and didn’t get divorced. A fan said, “Awww yay!! Im so happy for you guys. Marriage ISN’T easy if it was everyone would be married.” Another chimed in, “Good I am glad! I love you guys together! Beautiful family!” Someone else said, “Yesss! Keep fighting!!! That’s what marriage is!!” It is amazing to see that Paola and Russ decided to let go of the past and kiss and make up just before ringing in the new year.

Most fans are proud of the couple because they have seen the two struggle to make it work. Still, some 90 Day Fiancé viewers think Paola sparked the divorce rumors as a publicity stunt to get featured on the show, or she just wanted attention from fans. It is also possible that the 90 Day Fiancé couple was actually going through a rough patch, and they decided to reconcile for their son, who will turn 3 on January 1, 2022.
