90 Day Fiancé: Tarik & Dean Agree To Work On Feud In Bares All Interview

Tarik Myers and Dean Hashim from 90 Day Fiancé have been feuding since season three of Pillow Talk. But the brothers finally agreed to try to reconcile on 90 Day Bares All. Fans first became aware of Tarik and Dean when they appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Daysseason two. Tarik was on the show because of his relationship with Hazel Cagalitan. Dean also made an appearance in that season as a friend of Tarik’s. Dean and Tarik then started giving commentary on Pillow Talk, where they soon became fan-favorites. 

Eventually, Dean and Tarik left Pillow Talk and confirmed they had a nasty fallout. Tarik and Dean were able to shed more light on what exactly happened to cause their rift when they recently appeared on the Discovery+ 90 Day spin-off 90 Day Bares All. Host Shaun Robinson sat down first with Tarik to get his side of the story. From Tarik’s perspective, he had no clue why Dean decided to no longer work with him. Tarik claimed he first became aware that Dean and he would no longer appear on Pillow Talk together when a producer told him Dean quit the series. Tarik then learned Dean blocked him and Hazel from all of his social media and even blocked their phone numbers. Tarik explained that a producer revealed Dean didn’t like how Tarik spoke over him on Pillow Talk. Bares All also revealed an exclusive clip of Dean and Tarik getting into a 20-minute argument after taking different perspectives on Anny Francisco and Robert Springs’ thrift shopping trip. 

Shaun Robinson video-called Dean to get his perspective on things. Basically, Dean said Tarik was becoming a fake version of himself on Pillow Talk and accused him of trying to be more like Dean and less like himself. The brothers then began to argue over little things, like whether Tarik reached out to Dean when the cameras weren’t around and whether Dean posted about their family drama on social media. Robinson seemed amazed by the small things that seemed to get each brother so mad. 

Shaun then stated they were family and needed to squash their drama for the sake of that bond. Robinson also revealed Dean has a child on the way with his girlfriend in the Philippines. This was news to Tarik. Shaun then asked Dean to unblock Tarik, which he reluctantly agreed to do. She also said they need to agree to work through all this for their family’s sake. 

Robinson ended their segment by saying she would have Dean and Tarik back on 90 Day Bares All to get an update on their relationship. The feud between Dean and Tarik seems very much blown out of proportion, and Shaun Robinson was right about it being “an ego” thing causing their issues. Hopefully, Dean and Tarik can work it out, at the very least allowing them to return to Pillow Talk.
