90 Day Fiancé: Why Fans Believe Biniyam Has Really Cheated On Ariela

Fans of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way were not shocked when Ariela Weinberg accused Biniyam Shibre of cheating on her. The popular couple was introduced on TOW season 2 when a pregnant Ariela moved to Addis Ababa to be by Biniyam’s side. However, as Ariela admitted, she hardly knew Biniyam, as they’d only dated for a couple of months. 90 Day Fiancé fans later found out about his murky past. The dancer’s American ex-wife Bria had left him and taken their son along with her, just like Ariela, who went back home so baby Avi could have surgery. What is it about Biniyam that made Bria and Ari leave Ethiopia?

When Ariela and Biniyam found out that Aviel needed emergency hernia surgery, Ariela insisted on taking him to New Jersey and even booked the plane tickets without telling her partner. The frustrated Biniyam, who felt a sense of déjà vu. He also wondered if Ariela would be getting back together with her ex-husband, Leandro Fosque. However, once Ariela arrived in Princeton, N.J., Biniyam started singing a different tune. He ghosted Ari by putting his phone in airplane mode so she couldn’t get in touch. Then, he partied at clubs with his friends. In episode 10 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, Ariela revealed that since Biniyam’s photos were being backed up to her iCloud, she found out he was doing something “shameful” in their family home.

“Is it normal in your culture to sleep with other women when you’re engaged?” Ariela asked Biniyam, who found her words disrespectful. It was Biniyam’s own sister Wish who told Ariela that he had other women in the house. She’d confessed that he’d “been around with other girls.” While Biniyam tried to claim that Ariela was wrong, she asked him to get tested for the benefit of the family. Moreover, Ariela claimed that she was logged into his Messenger and saw a woman chatting with Biniyam about meeting at a club. Most fans are supporting Ariela through the ordeal. Biniyam has a history of cheating and this bad habit was the reason why his last two relationships (with girlfriend Tsion and wife Bria) ended. Both of those splits were addressed on the show, and they give Ariela’s accusations more gravity.

Tsion, who had been his dance partner for 10 years, met up with Biniyam, Ariela, and Leandro for a meal. Tsion revealed that she and Biniyam were on a two-month break (but still in a relationship) when he met Bria. Tsion had caught him holding Bria’s hand but Biniyam has insisted he was doing the casting for a movie. “After being in a relationship for a long time, and then you suddenly get married, it’s shocking,” Tsion had commented. Biniyam maintained that he didn’t cheat, but she was extremely jealous and upset. However, when Ariela’s mom Janice confronted Biniyam about his ex-wife on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 2, he revealed that Bria had found messages from other women on his phone, which may have led to the divorce.

Viewers think Biniyam is ungrateful because he hosted parties at a home that had been bought by Ariela’s parents, while she was away taking care of Avi’s health. If he was innocently inviting women over, he should have let Ariela know about it. Ariela is being sensible while handling the situation, by giving Biniyam another chance to move away from the “evil” that surrounds him in Ethiopia. She wants him to move to Mombasa and settle down. While Biniyam appears guilty, Ariela has been nothing but gracious, as she considers giving up her life in America again for the sake of their son and relationship. Many fans don’t believe that Ariela and Biniyam get back together, but it’s possible that he changed his ways, and possibly left his friends and family behind to start over in the U.S.
