90 Day Fiancé franchise fans have formed a united front against 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days former cast member Geoffrey Paschel after he was found guilty of assaulting his former girlfriend earlier this fall. While Geoffrey’s rumored wife Varya Malina has joined Geoffrey’s family in begging franchise fans to donate money and help free him from incarceration, many viewers have been eagerly anticipating his court sentencing. Unfortunately, fans will have to wait longer for justice to be served as Geoffrey’s original sentencing date of December 3 has been delayed.

Though Geoffrey was arrested before he appeared in a love triangle with Russian woman Varya and his American ex-girlfriend Mary Wallace on Before The 90 Days, the aspiring actor and repeat criminal offender was only recently officially convicted on several charges related to a brutal assault in June 2019 on his ex-girlfriend. Though Geoffrey was found guilty, Varya refuses to believe that he was capable of such violence. The Russian woman has been vehemently denying Geoffrey’s guilt on social media, which has earned her the wrath of infuriated 90 Day Fiancé fans who are shocked by Varya siding with a convicted abuser.

Many frustrated 90 Day Fiancé fans were disappointed to learn that Geoffrey wouldn’t be sentenced on December 3, 2021, as anticipated. Instead, Starcasm reported that the process will be delayed for several months. The publication stated that Geoffrey’s sentencing hearing will instead take place early next year. Starcasm reached out to Knox County Circuit Court to confirm that the earliest sentencing date for Geoffrey is February 2, 2022. Before being found guilty on multiple serious charges related to his assault and holding his ex against her will, Geoffrey spent two years traveling and enjoying his freedom after his now-convicted crimes.

Even though Varya believes that Geoffrey will be freed, 90 Day Fiancé fans want to see the reality TV personality put behind bars for a long time. Starcasm reported that as a Range II Offender, Geoffrey will not be seeing his freedom for quite some time. His sentencing is expected to be between 12 and 20 years without the possibility of parole. Recent photos that Varya revealed on social media showed a forlorn-looking Geoffrey in a prison jumpsuit, revealing that he doesn’t appear to be adapting well to his new living situation.

In addition to his assault-related charges, Geoffrey already has a criminal record that he revealed to Varya on Before The 90 Days. The Russian woman was shocked and upset to hear about Geoffrey’s numerous drug trafficking convictions, though she is firmly standing beside him during his latest charges. Many 90 Day Fiancé fans have speculated that Varya and Geoffrey are legally married and that she might be relying on him to stay in the US. Varya’s latest move has been to join the National Guard as she awaits news on how long Geoffrey will be put behind bars. Many 90 Day Fiancé fans hope to see Geoffrey’s sentencing sometime soon.
