Kim Menzies and Usman Umar’s 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days storyline appears to have been spoiled by the stars on Instagram. 50-year-old Kim, an ardent fangirl of Nigerian singer Sojaboy, dreamed of becoming his girlfriend as she flew to Tanzania on the 90 Day Fiancé spin-off. Little did Kim know that Usman had invited her there to be on the set of his music video which was about his ex-girlfriend Zara. While Usman and Kim were chatting for a year, he was also dating Zara at the same time. It was after Usman and Kim became “official” that he came clean about Zara. An upset Kim decided to end the relationship on Before The 90 Days season 5 episode 12 and declared, “I feel like everything is a lie now.”

Usman claimed he wanted to tell Kim about Zara in person and only if and when they entered an actual relationship. However, he failed to understand that Kim was not upset with Usman and Zara’s dating past but with the fact that he’d kept lying to her all this time. Not wanting to mess things up further with Kim and end up repeating the same mistakes he did with his ex-wife Lisa Hamme, Usman didn’t try to pacify things further. Alas, Kim took this as a sign of Usman not thinking of her as “the one.” Kim confronted Usman and gave him a final chance to stop her from getting on the next flight to the US. She took back the “Sojaboy” gold necklace she’d gifted him asked him to do “something big” to make her stay. In any case, Usman didn’t take her threat seriously, laughing as he commented “this is funny.”

All the signs on 90 Day Fiancé have suggested that Kim and Usman’s relationship is over for good. But that’s not the case as per their Instagram. On March 4, Kim and Usman went live on Instagram (via @90daythemelanatedway) during which they spilled a lot of secrets about their relationship. Kim kept referring to Usman as “baby” and “boo” while he called her his “queen.” Usman dedicated a freestyle song to Kim which suggested how serious he is about the relationship. Usman has penned songs for both his exes Lisa, and Zara in the past. Moreover, Kim lashed out at Usman’s ex-Lisa who’d previously accused them of being a “fraudulent” couple by dropping a spoiler.  “I want to address something and I’m not gonna mention any names, but I want people to know that I started out as Usman’s fan and then I became his friend,” said Kim. “As of the show, y’all know I’m, I was his girlfriend, right?” she asked their IG LIVE viewers.

Kim took to social media and declared that she wants everyone to know, “my relationship and anything I do in my life is not a fraud. I don’t roll like that.” Fans also didn’t fail to notice when Kim confessed that she loves Usman once he was done with his “Queen Kimbally” song. When a fan slammed Kim by accusing her of breaking their NDA by doing a live-stream with Usman, she told them, “No, we’re not. You guys don’t know if we’re really together or not right now.” Regardless, one glance at Kim’s IG feed is all it takes for someone to deduce she’s still together with Usman. Her latest photo captioned, “Find a reason to smile everyday,” with Usman commenting, “I’m that reason” on it. Kim has replied to Usman with, “You ARE that reason.” Another comment by Usman on the same post reads, “That is my Queen,” which shows her response, “Always My Yarima.”

Meanwhile, Kim is busy promoting Sojaboy’s new song “Nishadi.” With just two episodes left until the 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days finale, Kim literally has threatened Usman to do something big, which could result in them getting engaged. Kim has been photographed with a ring on her left hand, but she tried to claim that the ring belonged to her late mom Sally. It’s possible that Kim, who’s brought along an expensive PlayStation and MacBook for Usman from the US, had also brought along a ring so that he can propose to her at the end of their trip. Overall, Kim has been blamed for trying to buy Usman’s love during her entire Zanzibar trip. Meanwhile, it’s possible that Usman isn’t as innocent as he seems given that he caved in to Kim’s demands just to eventually fulfill his American dream.
