What will probably happen is that he will be denied,” she said. If Mohamed tries to get into another marriage for a Green Card, it would be “difficult” as he has “zero credibility” and he may be deported. “It could take a few years, but fighting it once USCIS is aware of immigration fraud is nearly impossible,” Yve’s attorney mentioned before making a note of how Mohamed could possibly be “blacklisted” from entering the U.S. in the future.
