The Bachelor alum Ben Higgins and his wife, Jessica Clarke, revealed what they argue about the most after getting married. Ben first appeared on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season before leading season 20. He got engaged to flight attendant Lauren Bushnell at the end of his season, but the two decided to end things after less than two years. Ben and Jessica met through Instagram in 2018. The former Bachelor saw a picture of her on the app and contacted her through direct messages. They later went public with their relationship in 2019 and got married in 2021.

Ben and Jessica officially tied the knot on November 13 in a Tennessee ceremony. While the wedding included personalized vows and a scripture reading, it featured some Winnie-the-Pooh quotes, as well. The former host of The Bachelor franchise, Chris Harrison, and his fiancée, Lauren Zima, were invited to the wedding but weren’t able to attend. Chris previously congratulated Ben and Jessica on Instagram by posting a screenshot of their FaceTime call. Although Chris and Lauren weren’t able to be there, Ben says they’re still friends. Jessica wore an Anne Barge gown for her wedding to Ben, where other Bachelor Nation alums were in attendance.

Jessica shared what the couple’s biggest argument is about these days. “Our biggest argument right now is [that] I’m not as detailed-oriented as Ben is, so I don’t notice all the little crumbs I leave behind,” Jessica told Us Weekly. “That drives him crazy, so I’m trying to be better and use plates more often.” Jessica also admitted to still being in the “honeymoon phase” with Ben, so the pair hasn’t encountered any big arguments. She also said they’re able to solve any disagreements they get into pretty easily. She gushed about their Colorado residence, which is just outside of Denver, and how “easy” and “fun” it’s been for her to live with Ben.

Jessica revealed what the couple has been watching lately, including Michelle Young’s season of The Bachelorette. She also has an affinity for Christmas movies, so they have been watching a lot of those, especially since it’s their first Christmas as a married couple. Besides holiday movies, Jessica and Ben are also huge “foodies.” “[We have] different restaurants [we] try to check off so we go to a new one. We try and go every week,” Jessica said. The two spend their date nights by trying new restaurants and having a full, “sit-down” dinner together.

Although Ben didn’t find lasting love through his journey on The Bachelor, it’s nice to see that he’s in a happy relationship now. Ben and Jessica invited a lot of Bachelor alums to their wedding, including Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon, who met through the franchise. Also invited to the event was Becca Tilley, who competed on Chris Soules’ season. Even though Ben hasn’t been on the show in a while, fans can keep up with Ben and Jessica’s relationship through their social media.
