Bachelor: Every Woman Clayton Echard Kissed During The Season Premiere

Clayton Echard wasted no time kissing the women on his season of The Bachelor during Monday’s premiere. Three immediate frontrunners emerged — Teddi, who received his first impression rose, Rachel, who had an odd entrance but still received a kiss later in the episode, and Genevieve, whom Clayton did not kiss but seemed to have a strong connection with.

It’s rare for a lead to kiss five people during the first night; it may be a record. Clayton proved he was willing to jump the gun when he offered a rose to Salley, who decided to leave before any of the women had a chance to arrive.

Some contestants went right in for the kiss, while others let the connection form organically before locking lips with the former football player. Here is a list of all the women Clayton kissed on the premiere.

Teddi

Teddi received the first kiss of the night and later got the first impression rose, a clear a sign as any that the 24-year-old surgical unit nurse is an early frontrunner. She said in a confessional that she wouldn’t kiss Clayton on Night One, only to give in once Clayton leaned in for the first kiss. They kissed again after he gave her the rose.

Kira

The Teddi kiss was visible by all the women, and Kira was the first person who decided she wanted to get in on the action as well. Kira had a bold entrance, coming in wearing lingerie, and she planted one on Clayton early into their conversation. The two made out as the women again watched along.

Eliza

After seeing Clayton make out with two women, Eliza seized upon her opportunity to get one in as well. She used her German background to provide Clayton with an offer he couldn’t refuse. Writing “Can we kiss” in German, she translated the phrase and then leaned in for the kiss. Fortunately for the women, this one was hidden from sight of all the women. But that didn’t stop the other women from trying.

Cassidy

Cassidy’s attempt at a kiss wasn’t the most graceful. As they rode mini-motorized vehicles around the mansion grounds, she flipped hers over and ended up kneeling next to Clayton. He seemed confused why she wouldn’t get back in at first and then realized it was all a set-up to kiss him. He happily obliged, clearly already accepting of the fact that he wasn’t going to make it out of the first night unscathed.

Rachel

Rachel arrived late to the party, but she wasn’t going to leave their conversation without a kiss. Clayton appeared to be feeling the sparks too, and it seems like she’s one of the few that could be making it far into this competition.
