Greg Grippo recently shared how he thinks friends from Bachelor Nation will fare on the next season of Bachelor In Paradise. Last seen on The Bachelorette season 17, Greg dated Katie Thurston, though it didn’t work out well, to the extent that his sister even called out Katie online. Even though Greg and Katie weren’t able to make a love connection on the reality series, Greg has remained friends with many of his fellow Bachelor Nation alum.

While fans supported Greg since the beginning, his past career has followed him during his time associated with the franchise, putting his character into question. Known as a sweet, gentle contestant on The Bachelorette, some questioned whether Greg dated Katie to boost his acting career. After denying these claims, Greg has overcome speculation and formed strong connections with his fellow co-stars, most notably forming a friendship with Dean Unglert. Now generally welcomed by most of Bachelor Nation, fans hoped to see Greg on Bachelor In Paradise, but it sounds like he has other plans.

Greg shared with Talking It Out With Bachelor Nation who he thinks would be best paired with his friends on Bachelor In Paradise. Beginning with Andrew Spencer, Greg shared that the reality star is definitely “attract[ed]” to Teddi Wright. He explained that he is “excited to see if something sparks between” Andrew and Teddi on the summer series. Next on his list, Greg mentioned that he is looking forward to seeing Justin Glaze on Paradise, curious who the Bachelorette alum will form a romantic connection with. While Justin has been involved in controversy online, Greg has high hopes for his friend come the summer. All Greg knows about Justin’s time on the series is that he will need a partner who has “a lot of energy, someone that can match his energy.” Finally, Greg explored his expectations for Mikey Planeta, explaining that Mikey “needs someone with his same values” in order to be interested in the upcoming season of Paradise. Overall, Greg encourages Andrew, Justin, and Mikey to pursue genuine connections if they decide to join the cast of Bachelor In Paradise.

As Bachelor In Paradise season 8 approaches, Greg should also consider joining the spinoff when it’s announced. That being said, Greg is also dating again following his breakup with Katie on The Bachelorette. Young and ready to find their life partners, Greg, Andrew, Justin, and Mikey all are open to finding love within the franchise after their first experiences on The Bachelorette. Without a confirmed list of contestants for Paradise, fans are left waiting to see if any of Greg’s picks  — or Greg himself — make it to Mexico.

With plenty of hype surrounding the upcoming season of The Bachelorette and Bachelor In Paradise, fans have plenty of new content coming their way from Bachelor Nation. After a disappointing season from Clayton Echard, ABC has a perfect opportunity to redeem the franchise with exciting cast appearances throughout the rest of 2022. While fans eagerly await the contestants for Bachelor In Paradise season 8, Bachelor producers will hopefully take Greg’s suggestions into consideration for next season.
