Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert, who met on Bachelor in Paradise, are listing their Orange County home for $3 million. The couple moved to Southern California in 2018 after living in Kansas City for most of their relationship. Tanner lived in Kansas City before he met Jade and the two decided to stay there when they wanted to start a family. After living in Kansas City together for more than two years, Jade and Tanner thought it was time for a change and moved to California.

Before Jade and Tanner, who are friends with former couple Carly and Evan, became one of Bachelor Nations‘ most successful couples, they both competed on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. Jade vied for Chris Soules heart on season 19, while Tanner competed for Kaitlyn Bristowe during season 11. Jade made it to the top four during her season, while Tanner was sent packing during week six. Since they did find love on their seasons, Jade and Tanner decided to give BIP a try, which is where they fell in love. Now they are married with three children and already selling their second home together.

According to a report from People, the reality star couple has listed their home in the gated community of Oak Farms in San Juan Capistrano for $2.995 million. Realtor Dean Lueck from Compass agency currently holds the listing. Jade and Tanner, who welcomed their third child in 2020, originally purchased the 2017 home for $1.61 million in 2018. Inside the over 4,000 square foot home includes five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, perfect for a family for five like themselves. The main floor includes an ideal-sized guest suite and powder room next to the gourmet kitchen. In the kitchen, one will find a massive center island, a walk-in pantry, and a breakfast bar. The family room, where Jade and Tanner spend most of their time, includes plenty of natural light and wood-beamed vaulted ceilings.

The other four bedrooms can be found on the upper level, such as the master suite, which includes a deck with beautiful views, a sitting area, and a large walk-in closet where she gave birth to her son. On the exterior of the home, there is an interior courtyard when you walk through the front doors, complete with a fountain and covered corridor. In the backyard, olive trees can be found, along with a saltwater pool, spa, and firepit surrounded by artificial turf. Next to the pool is a cabana complete with an outdoor kitchen, TV, and overhead awning. Back in 2019, the couple got the help of interior designers Caitlin Wright and Hannah Rodriguez of Realm Design Co. to give them the laid-back California vibe they were looking for.

While they may love their Southern California home, Jade and Tanner need more spacious for their family of five. The couple has discussed possibly welcoming a fourth in the future, and a larger home is needed for them to consider growing their family. As for where the BIP couple plan on moving to next, it’s safe to say they will be staying in Southern California.
