Bachelor: Susie Evans Reunites With Claire Heilig, Clayton’s First-Out

Susie Evans spent the night with two costars who were vying for Clayton Echard during his season of The Bachelor, including eighth-place contestant Mara Agrait and first-out Claire Heilig. When it comes to Bachelor Nation fans on social media, Claire made waves during The Bachelor premiere for being unfiltered and quickly determining that she wasn’t interested in Clayton after all. While certain contestants were thrown off by her behavior on set, viewers found Claire to be refreshingly honest on the show.

Meanwhile, 32-year-old entrepreneur Mara from Cherry Hill, NJ mostly flew under the radar on The Bachelor season 26 but got all the way to the final nine in the cast. Alas, there wasn’t a connection between Mara and Clayton, which led to her being eliminated alongside Eliza Isichei in week six. As the season went on, Susie got all the way to the final three and ultimately ended up with Clayton. Susie and Clayton have been dating since they met on The Bachelor and are still together.

On Wednesday, Mach 30, Susie took to social media to share a series of videos of herself hanging out with two of the women who were previously vying for Clayton’s love on The Bachelor: Claire and Mara. As seen in the screenshots below, Susie, Claire, and Mara went out for some drinks and had a great time. It was particularly interesting for Susie to be spotted hanging out with Claire since she was the very first eliminated contestant from Clayton’s season and didn’t mince words about how much she disliked her interactions with the lead. “Not me touching Clayton’s ex’s b*tt…” Susie wrote in her last Instagram Story.

Claire was also excited about this moment and even shared a picture of herself with The Bachelor costars Susie and Mara on her Instagram grid. She wrote in the post, “My girls [rose emoji].” It is clear that there’s no beef between Susie and Claire despite her behavior at The Bachelor season 26 premiere and the things she said about Clayton during the episode. Susie has been getting a lot of hate from fans following how things played out at the end of Clayton’s season, but she appears to be brushing it all off and maintaining a good relationship with some of her costars.

At the end of the day, Susie is seemingly not jealous about the fact that Mara got kind of far into Clayton’s season of The Bachelor. She also doesn’t seem to be bothered by what Claire thought of Clayton and expressed on the show. At the end of the day, Bachelor Nation always appreciates when costars can get along after a season is over.

The Bachelorette season 19 premieres Monday, July 11 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
