Bachelorette: Everything To Know About Kaitlyn’s Fiance Jason Tartick

Jason Tartick appeared on The Bachelorette and we’ve gathered plenty of interesting information about his life. Viewers were introduced to him when he vied for Becca Kufrin’s heart during her The Bachelorette season. He and Becca had a fun relationship, but she knew Jason wasn’t her person. Becca sent him home during the fantasy suite dates, and Jason was heartbroken. However, after appearing on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s podcast “Off The Vine,” the two hit it off and confirmed their romance in January of 2019.

After Kaitlyn and Jason revealed that they were in a relationship, fans were shocked. Just a couple of months before they began dating, Kaitlyn was engaged to her The Bachelorette winner Shawn Booth, who is currently a gym owner. She and Shawn met in 2015 and were engaged by the end of her season of the ABC series. They were together for three and a half years and announced their split in November 2018. Kaitlyn wasn’t mourning that relationship for long, as she and Jason began dating just a few months later.

Jason Tartick was born on October 24, 1988, in Buffalo, New York. According to Us Weekly, he attended the State University of New York College at Geneseo and graduated in 2010. A few years after his graduation, the 33-year-old attended the University of Rochester Simon Business School in 2016 and received his Master’s degree. After several years in school, Jason became an uber-successful corporate banker. For nine years, he was the Vice President of an investment bank in Seattle. Jason left that job to move to Nashville in January 2020. He relocated to live with his then-girlfriend, Kaitlyn, who wants kids in 2021. Restart is a consulting agency that Jason founded in January 2020. His business is centered on assisting those who want to achieve their full potential in their careers and personal lives. According to the official Restart website, his company is an “informational, educational and inspirational consulting channel aligned with financial, professional, and personal wellness.” He utilizes his past professional experience (and reality alum fame) to help others excel in their lives and careers. He certainly enjoys professional success himself, and his personal life is going extremely well. Earlier this week, Jason announced on his @jason_tartick Instagram that he and Kaitlyn Bristowe are engaged. “Choosing your forever is the most important decision in the world, @kaitlynbristowe you made that decision so easy! Love you to death and forever,” he wrote in his caption, alongside a series of photos from the day he proposed.

Over the years, Jason has become one of the most beloved contestants to come out of The Bachelorette. Viewers were sad when Becca decided he wasn’t right for her. They were hoping to see him find love on Bachelor in Paradise, as one half of a memorable couple. However, Jason didn’t have to go on reality TV again to find love. Now, he is engaged to be married to Kaitlyn, the love of his life, and he is thriving in his new career.
