Bachelorette: Michelle Young & Nayte Olukoya Make Debut On Red Carpet

Michelle Young and Nayte Olukoya, featured on The Bachelorette season 18, have continued to make their relationship public after being photographed on the red carpet. Michelle struggled with having multiple suitors, but she now appears more than content with her engagement to Nayte. With The Bachelorette season 18 having ended in December, the two have had two months to solidify their relationship since the airing of the series, clearly in love and working on navigating everyday life as a couple. Michelle not only helped to diversify the franchise, alongside her eclectic group of male contestants, but she also has restored hope in the series, bringing stability and class back to the often trashy, questionable dating series.

While Nayte may not have been the most liked contestant from Michelle’s season, with fan-favorites like Mike Johnson having doubts about his character, he has proven to be a reliable match for Michelle. Already making known their plans to get married in the near future, The Bachelorette couple doesn’t appear to be wasting time with a prolonged engagement. Michelle opened up to E! News about her relationship with Nayte and their new ability to “be out in public” since filming The Bachelorette. Having to keep their relationship private for months, the two are finally able to express their love for one another out in the open, with the red carpet being the perfect place to publicize their happy engagement. With positive emotions after The Bachelorette, Michelle and Nayte appear to have no regrets when it comes to their relationship, wanting to share this exciting moment in their lives with fans and the media. With this big step, the couple claimed that they are “living [their] lives” and aren’t “phase[d]” by outside opinions. Even though the two have received “very positive” feedback from fans, they are still being cautious as they open up and become “public” with their relationship. Lacking the insecurity and conflict many reality television couples face post-filming, Michelle and Nayte have taken to stardom with maturity and poise.

With flashy red carpet dates and plans for a wedding, Michelle and Nayte are enjoying engaged living.
