Bachelorette: Tayshia Explains Why Her Engagement Ring Was Missing From Her Finger

Former Bachelorette Tayshia Adams took to social media to clear up rumors she and fiancé Zac Clark broke up after she was spotted without her engagement ring. After her season of the reality series came to an end, Tayshia and Zac have been almost inseparable. The couple is currently living bi-coastal as Tayshia lives in California while Zac lives in New York. However, they are spending most of their time in NYC, with Tayshia admitting they are looking for a new apartment together.

Tayshia and Zac met while filming The Bachelorette last summer. When Tayshia replaced Clare Crawley after she left the season, Zac was so excited to see her arrive. Even though they didn’t hit it off on the first night, shortly after, Zac became one of her strongest relationships. They started to develop a relationship after Zac opened up about his past divorce and his addiction. Tayshia was able to feel vulnerable with Zac and develop a solid foundation for their relationship. Now with these rumors circulating, there could be trouble in paradise for these two.

On Tuesday, Tayshia Adams shared a series of Instagram Stories to squash any breakup rumors and explain why she has not been wearing her engagement ring. “There are all of these weird rumors circulating around that I’m not wearing my ring and Zac and I are broken up,” she said in the first story, noting the ring wasn’t visible in the picture fans were concerned about, before adding that, “everything is good.” Tayshia also revealed that she recently sent her engagement ring in for sizing and cleaning. She plans to have it back within the next couple of days. Nonetheless, the reality star did appreciate the concern but did not like the unnecessary pressure it put on the pair’s relationship.

Tayshia and Zac got engaged during the final rose ceremony on the most recent season of The Bachelorette. She sent home runner-up Ben Smith before the rose ceremony as she knew she only had eyes for Zac. He got down on one knee, and the pair left the La Quinta Inn, an engaged couple. However, there is solid evidence of trouble in paradise with the two. The Instagram account @bachelordiscuss discovered Zac’s mother unfollowed both Tayshia and her podcast page, Clickbait. A follower also reached out to the account and revealed Zac possibly does not agree with Tayshia taking on the role of host on The Bachelorette.

Tayshia is not letting these rumors regarding her relationship with Zac get to her. She should not have to explain why she is not wearing her ring as many couples tend to take off their rings for whatever reason that isn’t a breakup. According to Tayshia, she and Zac are doing just fine and don’t need constant speculation from the public. Only they know the truth about their relationship, and they seem happy with where they are at.
