Rachel Lindsay’s season of The Bachelorette has gone down in the franchise history of Bachelor Nation as one of the best. Her season was classy, clear, and refined, and she was a lead who knew what she wanted and was not willing to compromise. Peter Kraus was in her top two, and their breakup is one of the most heart-breaking. But since the end of their Bachelorette journey, they have both gone on to do fantastic things with their lives. While Rachel is hosting various entertainment shows and speaking out about racial issues within Bachelor Nation, Peter has lived outside of the Bachelor Nation bubble and focused on himself and running his gym.

Rachel and Peter were end game for many fans when they watched her season of The Bachelorette. However, a point of contention throughout their journey was the fact that Peter did not want to propose at the end of the season. Peter simply wanted him and Rachel to get to know each other a bit more, but that was not what Rachel was looking for. She wanted a ring and someone sure about her, and that is what Bryan Abasolo, her now-husband, offered her.

Now Peter has moved on from his reality TV fame and focused on his gym. However, he has capitalized on it and can be seen sponsoring products. His most recent sponsorship was for an important cause: mental health. He urged his followers to focus on not just their physical health, but also their minds. In his Instagram caption, he wrote, “As a professional in the health and fitness industry, I will be the first to tell you that there is nothing more important and more powerful than our mind.”

After the show, Peter Kraus was rumored to be the next lead on The Bachelor; however, he chose to turn down the opportunity. According to E! Online, Peter revealed that he could not be The Bachelor because he wanted to be able to spend more time with the contestants and Peter said he “wanted to be able to just go into the house and see people in their natural habitat so that way it didn’t feel like they were putting on a show for me.”

Peter also requested relationship counseling, like Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, for the top five girls so they could know each other on a deeper level. Peter went on to ask for continued support for himself and the winner so their relationship could survive the aftermath of the show. In the end, they could not agree. He also squashed any hope that he would be on Bachelor In Paradise as he felt the women are too young, and he will not be successful. Peter appears to be single but all in all, he seems to be happy and thriving.
