When he’s not making The Bachelorette Tayshia Adams shave off his mustache, Noah Erb loves stirring the pot. But what’s also exciting is the job Noah does when he’s not having catty clashes with Bennett Jordan inside the La Quinta Resort. With a job title of registered travel nurse, it’s no surprise Noah left many men in Tayshia’s season nursing their broken egos. But what does Noah’s job really mean, and does he actually travel for a living?

After Clare Crawley left the rest of her The Bachelorette men fuming when she said “yes” to Dale Moss, Tayshia walked in with a few suitors of her own. One of them was the eligible Noah Erb, possibly the youngest man in the house. But whether it was Tayshia’s prediction, “He is gonna be trouble I already know it,” or him jumping right into the madness of the week six group date and earning himself a surprise rose, Noah rubbed people the wrong way. However, the culmination of his low-blows came when he ratted out his co-stars out to Tayshia, which led to Bennett playing good cop and calling him out. The last episode’s cliff-hanger left Bachelor Nation taking sides and picking Noah over the boisterous Bennett, but it seems this Oklahoma lad won Tayshia over.

The Bachelorette celeb who hails from Tulsa, OK, jokingly refers to himself as a “murse.” At 25, Noah prides himself on achieving quite a bit in 2020, be it gaining overnight stardom by wooing Tayshia or by working hard during these tough times. Noah’s ABC bio reads, “This man has spent the last year working tirelessly on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic” as a travel nurse. As per RegisteredNursing, travel nurses like The Bachelorette’s Noah are RNs from various clinical backgrounds employed with independent staffing agencies. Accordingly, they are assigned to various care areas, mostly on a temporary basis to fill short-term requirements and gaps. Check out a throwback picture of Noah’s early nursing days below:

On his LinkedIn, Noah mentions he attended Tulsa Community College to earn himself an associate’s degree in registered nursing, and he also has a bit of sales experience by working at Mathis Brothers Furniture. But it is on his Instagram that The Bachelorette contestant gives more details about his work life with this post from December 2014, showing an 18-year-old Noah in scrubs for the first time. Then, there’s this picture from February 2016, where Noah writes in the caption, “If you do what you love you’ll never have to work a day in your life.” In October 2017, at 22, Noah posted about buying his own house. In April 2018, he quit his first job where he worked in the neurotrauma ICU to go on a Europe trip for a month.

It was in June 2018 that Noah got his first contract as a traveling nurse in California, when he was 23. The Bachelorette star’s job does literally take him places. Apart from the globe-trotting he does in his free time, Noah currently is also hopping from state to state to work in COVID-19 ICUs. His latest post talks about him going to Denver, Colorado next for work. He writes, “Having the opportunity to help in these trying times is nothing short of an honor and I wouldn’t change it for anything.” For the work that he does, Nurse.Org says The Bachelorette star could be earning $100k per year, with certain places offering higher pay packages during the coronavirus pandemic, such as “over $10,000 per week or $100,000 for a 13-week assignment” as long as the nurses don’t mind entering “a war zone.”

According to InformationCradle, The Bachelorette’s Noah’s net worth is $1 to $5 million. While Noah’s future on Tayshia’s season may be bleak, his helping to save thousands of lives explains why this Bachelorette boy is a current fan-favorite.
