Kenny Braasch from The Bachelorette struck a chord with Clare Crawley by wearing a T-shirt with a picture of her dogs during his limo entrance. While Kenny may have lost out on Clare’s first impression rose (and also the final one) to Dale Moss, he did intrigue many fans with his unique job title: a boy band manager. But it isn’t the Jonas Brothers or BTS that this Bachelorette star manages, unfortunately. Kenny’s boy band sings a different tune.

Judging from his night one entrance, Kenny is not a suit guy. But he is closest in age to the “oldest Bachelorette” at 39. The Chicago, IL resident was apparently tired of the no-strings-attached approach to dating, which is when he decided to join Clare’s long list of suitors. Kenny’s strip dodgeball skills caught the Bachelorette’s attention, and Chris Harrison famously mentioned he “saw a lot of Kenny” during his Meet the Men video. Kenny, who likes to talk shop and could spend hours reliving his favorite concerts or albums, was also one of the first to object to Clare’s behavior during the controversial group date. The reality show’s fans saw the talent buyer organize his co-cast members and unionize, as they felt betrayed by Clare when she didn’t hand out a rose. Kenny’s boy band managing skills were on full display, making The Bachelorette viewers more curious about the band that he works with.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

No one has ever looked more like a Boy Band Manager than this guy,” says a tweet about Kenny, who manages not the regular boy bands, but the cooler cover bands instead. The Bachelorette star’s bio reads, “Kenny is a talent buyer in Chicago, where he creates and manages boy band cover bands.” One group Kenny manages is the boy band cover band The Boy Band Night. The official website for the band reads, “All the HITS All the MOVES from Backstreet Boys x NSYNC x NKOTB x One Direction x Jonas Brothers and MORE! … PLUS some surprises!” The seven-piece Chicago-based group is a nationally touring act that consists of three singers, a guitar player, a pianist, a drummer, and a bassist. The musical and visual experience with “note-for-note representations of all your favorite songs” is accompanied by the signature choreography for these iconic music videos. Take a look at Kenny’s Instagram post below advertising the cover band:

The Bachelorette’s Kenny also features on the website under a section named “#BoyBandManager,” which explains that The Boy Band Night was created by him and the band’s bassist and Chicago fireman Glenn Hudy in 2014 at a Starbucks. The band’s members were “hand-picked” by Kenny and Glenn, which took them a year to piece the act together for live shows. TBBN performed for the first time in May 2015 to a crowd of over 1000 people.

Additionally, Kenny also happens to be the founder of The Right Stuff Entertainment which is the premier creator of live music acts featured at festivals, corporate events, weddings, casinos, and top-tier concert venues across North America. On his professional website, Clare’s suitor lists more names of bands like The Hair Band Night, dedicated to 80’s hairband banging hits, and The Ron Burgundys, which excels in yacht and softcore rock hits.

Interestingly, as reported by Screen Rant earlier, Kenny also featured on the legendary video game Mortal Kombat 11 as none other than The Joker! Animators for Mortal Kombat 11 used Kenny’s face as a base for digital mapping to create their version of the popular villain. Not just that, the multitalented Bachelor Nation favorite is also the talent buyer at entertainment hub 115 Bourbon Street, manages social media, and has previously worked as an NSFW model. If The Bachelorette fans thought Dale was a man of many talents, Kenny’s job title of “boy band manager” and the rest of his resume could have made any Bachelorette go weak in the knees. Clare lost her chance, but will Tayshia end up giving Kenny her final rose?

The Bachelorette airs Tuesdays at 8 pm ET on ABC.
