Black Ops Zombies: Firebase Z Tombstone God Mode Glitch

It’s become a bi-weekly occurrence that players find new ways to enter god mode (invincibility) in Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War Zombies. Devs patch one, and players are quick to find another. We recently lost the Chopper Gunner god mode glitch, which had players lighting themselves on fire and calling in Chopper Gunners right before they went down. The only downside to that version of god mode was the long grind to acquire the necessary materials. This new Tombstone glitch will have players invincible by round five.

Is it cheating? Is it exploiting? In competitive settings, yes. If very much is, but for a group of zombie fans trying desperately to complete the Maximoff easter egg or grinding for gun camos, these god mode glitches may be their only ticket. Let’s face it; the easter egg is near impossible to complete without invincibility. Creators need to create, writers need to write, and players need to get Dark Aether one way or another— right? Here’s how to do the newest Tombstone god mode glitch on Firebase Z in Black Ops Zombies.

Firebase Z – Tombstone God Mode Glitch (New)

This new god mode glitch will have players completely invincible by round 5 (if done right). This works similarly to the Chopper Gunner glitch, where precise timing was required. Players will NEED two people minimum to pull this off. This glitch can NOT be done solo. It’s best to attempt this glitch in the crash site as players will need the Teleporter. Here is a step-by-step guide to doing the new Tombstone glitch:

• Head through the teleporter and buy Tombstone.
• Accumulate enough money to buy Tombstone again.
• Save the last zombie and let it down the player.
• Teammates will keep the zombie alive.
• The moment the health bar turns completely black (no more draining red), activate Tombstone.
• If done right, the screen should blink white, and players will be spectating their teammates. They’re dead.
• Kill the zombie to flip the round.
• Once the player respawns, go through the teleporter and come right back.
• Buy Tombstone again.

Players will take damage down to 1 HP but will not die if done correctly. Their teammates are now free to do the glitch themselves. Players can blow themselves up, take fall damage, and challenge Manglers to a fist-fight if they please. Feel free to attempt the Wonder Weapon quest too. There are a couple of things to keep in mind:

• Don’t pick up the Tombstone stash for any reason. It will eventually go away.
• Do not buy any other perks or weapons before attempting this glitch. It’ll be a waste of money.

Now that players are in the new god mode glitch, their free to attempt Firebase Z’s main quest to rescue Maximoff. As they’re going through the motions, players will be surprised that developers expected anybody to pull this off without god mode. Hats off to those who can, honestly. Hurry and try this glitch before it’s patched.
