Following the debut of The Book of Boba Fett, Nerf LMTD announces their latest limited edition blaster rifle from the Star Wars franchise. The latest Disney+ show, directed by Robert Rodriguez and written by Jon Favreau, follows the bounty hunter Boba Fett (Temuera Morrison) and elite mercenary Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen) on their adventure in the underworld of the Galaxy. The series follows the success of the live-action series The Mandalorian, starring Pedro Pascal as Din Djarin.

Now, Nerf LMTD brings a special edition of Boba’s iconic EE-3 blaster to life, which is available for pre-order on Hasbro Pulse and Amazon, scheduled to release in Spring of 2023. The blaster measures about 30 inches long (76 centimeters), encapsulated in premium packaging of custom illustrations from the series for display. Inspired by the colors of Boba’s daunting armor and helmet, the dart-firing blaster encompasses battle-worn details throughout the piece. Altogether, the collectible item includes the blaster, three removable 4-dart drums, 12 Nerf Elite darts, blaster sounds, and electronic scope with an illuminated lens. The Boba Fett replica creates the sounds of the blasting power of the armored mercenary’s EE-3 from the series, along with including LED-illuminated scope with a targeting reticle. Eyewear is recommended for use of the toy, which requires 2x 1.5v AAA alkaline batteries that are not provided with the Nerf edition. The titular blaster is currently retailing for $109.99 and is now available for pre-order until March 31, 2022.

Despite the hefty price tag, the blaster serves as a great addition for any Star Wars collectors to display in their collection. Previously, Nerf LMTD released an Amban phase-pulse blaster from The Mandalorian back in 2020, with the lone gunfighter’s adapted blaster being the longest Nerf blaster at 50.25 inches long. Audiences can see the original blaster in the latest live-action Star Wars series, The Book of Boba Fett, which is currently streaming on Disney+ and may inspire more than a few fans to buy their own version of Boba’s iconic weapon.
