The majority of Bugsnax is about capturing all of the different snack creatures that populate its goofy and colorful world. There are nearly 100 creatures out there in the world so players have plenty to keep them busy. On top of this though there are side-quest that allow players to track down bigger and stronger Bugsnax that they wouldn’t be able to find otherwise.

Another big aspect of the game though is interacting with the different Grumpuses that the player manages to bring back to their main camp. After everyone manages to come back Filbo will decide to throw a big party to celebrate, but none of the Grumpuses seem willing to loosen up. In order to progress further into the game, players will then have to convince everyone to dance at the party. This guide shows players how to make everyone at the party start dancing.

Bugsnax: How to Make the Party Goers Start Dancing

There are eleven people at this party, and players will need to force all of them to get out on the dance floor if they want to see the ending of Bugsnax. Some of them are easier than others to accomplish, but there is a process for each one. Here’s how to get each Grumpus dancing:

  • Filbo: He is luckily the easiest to get dancing. Players will see him towards the entrance of the camp talking to Beffica. Players just have to listen to their conversation and then Filbo will run out on the dance floor.
  • Beffica: After Filbo leaves, Beffica will tell the player that she won’t get out on the dance floor unless they play her favorite song. The player then just need to walk over to the radio and change the channel and then speak to Beffica again. Keep changing the channel and speaking to her until she rushes out on the floor.
  • Wambus: If players approach Wambus he will mention that he feels very bad about how he has treated Gramble recently. He says he wants to apologize, but he requires some liquid courage first, so players should go over to Cromdo’s stand and grab some Bug Juice for him. Players just have to hand the cup over and Wambus will go speak to Gramble.
  • Gramble: If the player approaches Gramble and Wambus the two will have a conversation and then they will both go out on the dance floor.
  • Shelda: She will as usual speak to the player in some kind of odd riddle, but she mentions a yellow ball and confetti, so all players have to do in order to get her out on the dance floor is break the ball above her head. This can be done by picking up and throwing any nearby object. She will then run out on the floor.
  • Triffany: After speaking to Triffany she will mention that she wishes she knew someone to talk to about history. Players should tell her to go and speak to Floofty.
  • Floofty: After Triffany informs Floofty about historical reasons for dancing, both Grumpuses will decide to get out on the dance floor.
  • Snorpy: Snorpy is wants to reveal his feelings to Chandlo, but he can’t do this if Floofty and Shelda aren’t on the floor yet. So players have to wait until they have convinced both of these characters before returning to speak to Snorpy. He will then run over to Chandlo.
  • Chandlo: If players approach Snorpy and Chandlo they will overhear the two’s conversation and then both of them will go dance.
  • Wiggle: She will state that her throat is parched, so players will need to grab her a drink before she’ll go dancing.
  • Cromdo: The final person that needs to be convinced is Cromdo who is also pretty easy. As long as both Wiggle and Wambus have been given their drinks, Cromdo will go out on the dance floor if players go and speak to him.

Bugsnax can be played on PlayStation 4 and PC and will launch on the PlayStation 5.
