The story is nearly identical, as Schmidt and Jenko go undercover at a college to find a new drug supplier. While the first movie had Schmidt become too accustomed to high school life, Jenko is the one who becomes enamored with being a college student.

Although Tatum appears only for the first half, his character’s demise steers the entire plot. Side Effects is a masterpiece when it comes to bamboozling viewers, as everything that appears to be set up for the climax is turned around right before the ending. It’s a clever thriller that deserves more viewers than it initially received.

3 Logan Lucky (2017) – 78 – Stream On Hulu

Channing Tatum teamed up with Steven Soderbergh again, this time as the lead star in Logan Lucky. It’s a heist film about a pair of brothers who plan to rob the Charlotte Motor Speedway after they are unfairly laid off. Filled with quirky characters and sympathetic protagonists, Logan Lucky has Tatum combine his comedic and dramatic acting skills.
