Chloe Lukasiak of Dance Moms fame was a rising star on the acclaimed Lifetime hit, and we’ve gathered plenty of facts about what she’s been doing since season 7 aired. She was often cast as the main competitor of fan-favorite Maddie Ziegler. The fierce rivalry between the two starlets caused their moms to butt heads often. However, the young dancers remained friends during the show. They maintained their relationship even though they were both fighting to be the best on the junior competitive team at Abby Lee Dance Company (ALDC). Chloe was a natural at dancing. She started at the age of two. She was taught by the controversial instructor/owner of ALDC, Abby Lee Miller. Miller left the show in May of 2020, with a heartfelt tribute on Instagram. Fans literally watched Chloe grow up right before their eyes, alongside the rest of the girls on the dance team.

All of the girls on the ALDC team have proven that they are gifted and belong on the stage. Even though it was Maddie who reached superstar status, viewers would argue that it was Chloe who demonstrated the best technique. Way back in season 2, Chloe danced her way into the hearts of the judges. She won a scholarship to the world-renowned Joffrey Ballet School.

Thanks to her knack for ballet, Chloe was a step ahead of the rest of her teammates. Unfortunately, she had trouble staying confident. This lack of confidence sometimes negatively impacted her dance performances. Despite her problems, she maintained her sweet demeanor throughout her stint on the series. She had a humble quality. Her mom Christi (who has been labeled “disgusting” and “ignorant”) would constantly fight her corner with Abby.

Chloe left in season four and returned for season seven. She will celebrate her 20th birthday on May 25. The former reality starlet has hung up her dance shoes. She is now pursuing an acting career. Although she lost out on a starring role in 2015’s Spare Parts, she has several acting credits to her name. Her most recent acting credit is for the 2020 short film, Beautiful Scars. Chloe also impresses behind the camera. She was the co-executive producer of the short film, Limelight and the sci-fi family adventure, F.R.E.D.I. Chloe also enjoys writing poetry.

She maintains a major fanbase. Her Instagram account has 6.2 million followers and counting. Her fans can also find her creating makeup tutorials on YouTube. As well, Chloe is active on TikTok. In her free time, she hangs out with her family. She is the older sibling to Clara, who is a dancer herself (she never appeared on Dance Moms). Maybe Clara’s mom decided to protect her other daughter from the Dance Moms drama (some seasons of the show rank higher with fans than others).

Chloe might not do much dancing these days, but she is still turning heads. She stunned her fans and friends when she colored her signature blonde locks red. Christi shared via an IGTV that she was not a fan of her daughter’s new look, saying the red color does “nothing for her.” Fans quickly came to Chloe’s defense. They appreciated her new look even if her mom didn’t.

As for her private life, Chloe keeps it quiet. She is a student at Pepperdine University, so between her college studies and budding acting career, she probably doesn’t have a lot of time for dating. She has kept in touch with some of the Dance Moms alums, mainly Nia Sioux and the Hyland sisters, Brooke and Paige. Chloe and Maddie are still in contact. Chloe Lukasiak has built wealth thanks to her talent and star quality, and she should be very proud of herself.
