This horror-comedy tells the story of a man, Charley (Anton Yelchin), whose new neighbor (Colin Farell) turns out to be an ancient vampire. Charley must defend his community from the villainous vampire, and enlists the help of “vampire killer” – Peter Vincent (David Tennant).

Toni Collette is also among this cast, and Dave Franco plays Mark, a secondary role. This movie is obviously outrageous, but a 6.3 for a comedy vampire flick is really nothing to feel bad about.

9 Neighbors (2014) – 6.3

This comedy flick was definitely almost too much for viewers to handle. Seth Rogen and Rose Bryne play a couple, with a newborn baby, who moves to next to a fraternity house. The fraternity includes Zac Efron and Dave Franco, and soon the battle between the neighbors is on.

This comedy is certainly on the more cringy side, but is definitely worth it for fans of Franco and Rogen comedy, and for a ridiculous and hilarious viewing experience.

8 Charlie St. Cloud (2010) – 6.4

Before Dave Franco joined Zac Efron for Neighbours, they starred together in this drama romance. Efron is Charlie, whose brother dies in a car crash. Charlie can see his dead brother and others who have lost their lives, but when he meets a girl (Kim Basinger) whose life is at risk, he must choose.

This adventure drama features a pretty fresh and intriguing storyline. A high school senior (Emma Roberts) joins this worldwide online gaming platform of truth or dare. Every dare earns you cash, and spectators can watch.

With Dave Franco as her ride-or-die, the game goes to lengths that include criminal activity and life-threatening actions. This flick is certainly intriguing, and it’s hard to pass up this pair.

6 Warm Bodies (2013) – 6.9

This romantic comedy has all the wholesome and adorable goodness of a rom-com, but it also has zombies. Nicholas Hoult plays a zombie that falls in love with a living girl (Teresa Palmer), and the two form an unlikely bond that might change the apocalypse.

Dave Franco and John Malkovich take secondary roles, but are equally as fantastic in this film. This flick is unlike any romance or zombie flick out there, and is a totally underrated treat.

5 21 Jump Street (2012) – 7.2

This hilarious buddy cop film is an all-time classic. Starring Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum as a partnership of underachieving cops, these two are sent back to high school – undercover – to undermine a drug ring.

With Brie Larson, Ice Cube, and Dave Franco (as Eric Molson), this team makes for an action-packed, hilarious, and totally entertaining comedy flick that might just never get old.

4 Now You See Me (2013) – 7.3

This flick was a change from the comedic genre for Dave Franco. This crime mystery follows an FBI agent (Mark Ruffalo) who tries to track a team of illusionists. This team pulls off bank heists during live performances.

2 Superbad (2007) – 7.6

This flick was early on in Dave Franco’s career, and while he has a minor role, it’s impossible not to mention this classic comedy. It might be shocking that this handsome actor’s highest-rated film is actually an animated family flick. This adventure movie follows a regular construction worker who is asked to join a quest to save the LEGO universe.
