Deathloop is an action-adventure game with a unique story and an untraditional time loop mechanic. Players control Colt Vahn as he uncovers the secrets of the Isle of Blackreef and fights Visionaries that try to stop him from breaking the loop. Strategy plays a large part in the game as Colt discovers how to stop his enemies and free himself of his infinite day on Blackreef.

There is no shortage of mysteries in Deathloop. From tasks as big as figuring out how to break the loop to smaller quests like answering the Yerhva’s trivia questions, Deathloop keeps players on their toes with complex and fascinating puzzles. One of the more intricate puzzles in the game is figuring out how to open the Intelligence Agency Bunker.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

The Bunker in Fristad Rock has a door that requires 3 codes to open, and the codes are all found in different districts.  The Intelligence Agency Bunker has a lot of useful information inside, so it’s worth taking the time to unlock it. Unlike some of the simpler quests, such as unlocking Colt’s Apartment Safe, opening the door in the bunker will take some time and detective work. Finding the 3 codes involves hacking the radio in the bunker and listening for 3 sets of numbers (turning on subtitles will make it easier to get the numbers). The first refers to a location on the map, and the second gives the number of times players need to ring the doorbell in order to gain access. The location of the spy hideouts doesn’t change, but the number of rings and the codes to unlock the bunker door are random for each player.

Opening the Fristad Bunker Intelligence Agency in Deathloop

It’s recommended that players start this puzzle early in the day to avoid running around while Julianna is invading. The puzzle starts inside the Fristad Rock Bunker, where there is a radio that can be hacked. The voice on the radio will start rattling off letters and numbers. The first in each set will be a letter followed by numbers and the second is just a number. There are three sets in the sequence, and they will not change if players need to listen to them again. The number of rings needed to enter each door is random, but the three hideout locations are the same for all players:

  • H26: Updaam– In the morning, travel to the building on the left of Otto’s Workshop. Go up the stairs to find a door with a doorbell beside it. Ring the bell the number of times specified by the radio. The Bunker door code is inside on a note behind a breakable glass panel.
  • M13: Karl’s Bay– The Dusty Storeroom is to the left of Harriet’s Hangar near the Treasure of Ice sign. Ring the bell, and find the second code upstairs on top of some cushions.
  • R33: Fristad Rock– This note is in the same Bunker as the door that these codes open. The clue is on a desk next to a small table fan.

Head back to the Bunker door and enter the three codes to gain access. The Intelligence Archives contain information that can help Colt defeat the Visionaries, and access other locations. There’s also a safe with two of Deathloop‘s high-tier pistols inside, which can be opened with a crank. Once the codes are entered, they will be saved, even if the loop is restarted. The Fristad Rock Intelligence Agency Bunker has several useful secrets and weapons that will help players advance in Deathloop.

Deathloop is available on PS5 and PC.
