The arrival of Destiny 2‘s Season of the Lost brings more than 30 new weapons, including some previously sunset guns with updated perk pools. One of the Destiny 2 Season of the Lost Exotic weapons is activity-locked at this time, but the majority of its guns are already up for grabs.

Earning the new Season of the Lost weapons will take Guardians to a variety of Destiny 2new and old activities across the system. Luckily, between these, random world drops, and the Prismatic Recaster in the H.E.L.M., it won’t take long until their arsenals are revamped. Season of the Lost also introduces Stasis Legendary weapons to both the Energy and Power slots.

Season 15 Iron Banner Weapons

While it will be sometime before Season of the Lost’s Iron Banner arrives, two new weapons will be available to earn at random in the competitive Crucible activity. In addition to earning Destiny 2‘s other Iron Banner weapons, there are only six weeks’ worth of opportunities to earn the new Forge’s Pledge and Peacebound weapons this season.

Season 15 Trials Of Osiris Weapons

On August 25, Bungie detailed new changes coming to Trials of Osiris, including Trials no longer being active during Iron Banner weeks and during World’s First Raid releases. Additionally, the Season of the Lost’s Trials update allows solo players to queue in once they have access. Trials of Osiris access is now based on long-term Crucible Valor from past seasons, rather than getting 50 kills in Elimination. This means there are now more opportunities to unlock the new Stasis Linear Fusion Rifle, Reed’s Regret, as well as fan-favorites like Destiny 2‘s Igneous Hammer Hand Cannon.

Trials of Osiris offers two types of weapons: standard and Adept. Adept versions have slots for additional mods that can only be applied to Adept weapons. Adept weapons also have a different default design that’s flashier than the standard-issue version.

  • Reed’s Regret – Stasis Linear Fusion Rifle, Precision Frame 533 Charge Time
  • Reed’s Regret (Adept) – Stasis Linear Fusion Rifle, Precision Frame 533 Charge Time

Now, two weapons will be available every week, not including Adept versions. Season of the Lost also brings six weapons that can be earned in its new six-person activity, Astral Alignment. Along with earning these weapons at random from the activity, though, Umbral Engrams can be focused at the Primatic Recaster to target Crysura Melo, Vulpecula, Wolftone Draw, Fractethyst, Iota Draconis, and Canis Major. Leveling the Wayfinder Compass Rank, completing Shattered Realm missions, and finishing certain steps in the Wayfinder’s Voyage quest will also award these weapons. Lastly, both Chrysura Melo and Fractethyst can be earned in the free-to-play version of the Destiny 2‘s new season pass, at levels 30 and 45.

  • Chrysura Melo – Solar Energy Auto Rifle, High-Impact Frame 360 RPM
  • Vulpecula – Stasis Hand Cannon, Precision Frame 180 RPM
  • Wolftone Draw – Arc Energy Bow, Precision Frame 684 Draw Time

Ascendancy is already Masterworked when it’s acquired, and it comes with the Explosive Light perk. This perk increases the blast radius of rockets for every Orb of Power picked up, with a six-orb limit.

  • Ascendancy – Seasonal Ritual Weapon, Solar Rocket Launcher, Precision Frame 15 RPM

Lorentz Driver is this season’s season pass Exotic. A Void Linear Fusion Rifle in the Energy slot, its Exotic Perk, Lagrangian Sight, does the following:

“This weapon marks targets with an automated targeting system. Final blows on marked targets generate a telemetry pattern. Picking up telemetry patterns grants bonus ability energy. Collecting 3 telemetry patterns without dying grants this weapon bonus damage for a long duration.”

Lorentz Driver’s Catalyst, EM Anomaly, pulls targets in on precision final blows with an implosion and deals additional damage with another detonation. All of Destiny 2’s Fusion Rifles have access to an anti-Champion mod in Season of the Lost, giving more power to this Exotic weapon.

  • Lorentz Driver – Void Energy Linear Fusion Rifle, Precision Frame 533 Charge Time

Another Exotic, Ager’s Scepter, is currently hidden in the database. It’s likely tied in with the Tracing the Stars quest, but the quest is releasing in stages and will take several weeks to complete. All that’s known about Ager’s Scepter is that it’s a Stasis Trace Rifle.
