Destiny 2 Grandmaster Nightfalls are well underway, and one of the recurring Grandmaster Nightfalls in Season of the Lost is Exodus Crash. This is one of the harder Destiny 2 Grandmaster Nightfalls to prepare for and complete in Season of the Lost. Completing this Nightfall swiftly requires near-perfect coordination and communication. Luckily, aside from the necessary seasonal artifact mods, the best Exodus Crash loadouts aren’t focused around Season of the Lost weapons. Veteran players should have an easier time creating their loadouts.

Exodus Crash is one of six Grandmaster Nightfalls that will be in rotation during Season of the Lost. In addition to earning the regular rewards, completing this Grandmaster Nightfall fulfills a Season of the Lost week seven challenge. Since this is one of the hardest Nightfalls to complete in the Season of the Lost rotation, it is definitely better to wait and complete a Grandmaster Nightfall when Exodus Crash isn’t the weekly Nightfall. Those looking for a challenge will need to be aware of their surroundings at all times.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

The Exodus Crash Grandmaster Nightfall is full of mission modifiers that increase arc damage and increase the sources it can come from. All fireteam members should be wearing an arc resistance mod during this Grandmaster Nightfall to help prevent taking as much damage as possible. Additionally, the beginning area of the Nightfall is one of the most challenging, as Fallen enemies on Pikes can defeat the first team in just a few quick seconds. This Destiny 2 Grandmaster Nightfall has to be prepared for diligently.

Destiny 2 Exodus Crash Grandmaster Nightfall: Titan Build

The best Titan role in Destiny 2Exodus Crash Grandmaster Nightfall is the classic Ursa Furiosa and Code of the Commander combination. Ursa Furiosa allows Titans to move faster while guarding when the Sentinel Shield is active, and all guarded damage converts to super energy when the super ends. Code of the Commander allows Titans to guard with the sentinel shield to create a defensive wall. Additionally, allies who shoot through the wall have increased weapon damage by 35%, and guarding allies makes the shield last longer.

While the Sentinel Shield is active, Titans need to stand outside of the Warlock’s Well of Radiance, preferably at the front of the well. The Well of Radiance’s applied resistance bonus conflicts with the guarded damage absorbed with the Sentinel Shield, so Titans won’t receive as much of a super energy bonus if they use Sentinel Shield inside the well. This Destiny 2 PvE Titan build should focus on a high Intellect build to recover their super energy as quickly as possible. Additionally, the converted super energy caps at 50%, so Titans should pick up orbs of power after they finish with their super.

This is everything Titans should use for Destiny 2’s Exodus Crash Grandmaster Nightfall:

  • Ursa Furiosa Exotic Gauntlets
  • Code of the Commander
  • Stand in front of the Well of Radiance
  • Overload Bow Mod: Seasonal Artifact Mod
  • High Intellect
  • Particle Deconstruction: Seasonal Artifact Mod
  • Focusing Lens: Seasonal Artifact Mod
  • One Thousand Voices

Destiny 2 Exodus Crash Grandmaster Nightfall: Warlock Build

The best Warlock role in Destiny 2’s Exodus Crash Grandmaster Nightfall is using the Well of Radiance and Pheonix Protocol chest piece. The Well of Radiance should be placed down where ever the team is holding themselves down. For example, when the fireteam has to defend Ghost, the well should be placed down towards the back end of the area that has to be defended just at the exit of the hallway. The Pheonix Protocol Exotic returns super energy to the Warlock for any kills or assists made inside the Well of Radiance, for up to 50% return. Like Titans, Warlock should pick up orbs of power after receiving the 50% super energy recovery cap.

Warlock will need to focus on a high Intellect build as well to recover super energy as quickly as possible. The Warlock and Titan players will be using their supers back to back and must have near-perfect timing for regeneration and alternating when supers are being used. This is particularly the case during the final boss phase when hordes of difficult enemies do not stop attacking. The left-most platform provides a good spot for the fireteam to hold up during this phase, and the Well of Radiance covers the entire space.

This is everything Warlocks should use for Destiny 2’s Exodus Crash Grandmaster Nightfall:

  • Pheonix Protocol Exotic Chest Piece
  • Well of Radiance
  • Overload Bow Mod: Seasonal Artifact Mod
  • Anti-Barrier Mod: Seasonal Artifact Mod
  • High Intellect
  • Particle Deconstruction: Seasonal Artifact Mod
  • Focusing Lens: Seasonal Artifact Mod
  • One Thousand Voices

Destiny 2 Exodus Crash Grandmaster Nightfall: Hunter Build

The best Hunter role in Destiny 2’s Exodus Crash Grandmaster Nightfall is using a strong multi-enemy clearing super, preferably the Revenant. A Hunter’s Revenant allows them to cast the Silence and Squall, forming a Stasis tornado that tracks enemies. It does a great job at clearing enemies quickly, creating multiple orbs of power for the other classes to get their super back quickly. Additionally, thanks to Focusing Lens, using the super on the final boss will make it more susceptible to damage when standing in the Well of Radiance as it’s affected by the stasis effect. Like the Titan and Warlock, the Hunter is going to make the most of this build by having a high Intellect stat.

The exotic gear piece that Hunters should wear is the Aeon Swift Gauntlets with the Sect of Insight mod selected. Whenever a finisher is performed on an elite enemy, special ammo is generated for the Hunter’s teammates. Heavy ammo will be generated if they manage to perform a finisher on a Champion, constantly refilling the One Thousand Voices exotic for the Warlock and Titan. Additionally, if wearing another Charged with Light mod on any equipped armor piece, or another arc mod on the Aeon Swift Gauntlets, Hunters will gain an over shield when they perform a finisher.

This is everything Hunters should use for Destiny 2’s Exodus Crash Grandmaster Nightfall:

  • Silence and Squall
  • Aeon Swift Gauntlets with Sect of Insight
  • Perform constant finishers
  • Overload Bow Mod: Seasonal Artifact Mod
  • High Intellect
  • Anti-Barrier Mod: Seasonal Artifact Mod
  • Focusing Lens: Seasonal Artifact Mod
  • Particle Deconstruction: Seasonal Artifact Mod
