Duane Chapman i.e. Dog The Bounty Hunter is getting married on Sept. 2, and it’s time to share some facts about his blushing bride-to-be, Francie Frane. Duane isn’t one to shy away from love, and ever since meeting Francie, he has been shouting his admiration from the rooftops. The woman he is going to wed has led an interesting life.

Duane and his family learned that Beth Chapman had throat cancer back in 2017. Soon after, they were told that her cancer was in remission. Sadly, it returned and spread to her lungs a year later. Duane stood by his wife as she bravely fought cancer. She ultimately succumbed to the disease. Beth from Dog The Bounty Hunter died from stage II throat cancer complications at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. She was only 51. The couple had married in May 2006. After her passing, Duane grieved. Then, he began to sow his wild oats by jumping from woman to woman. He landed in the arms of Francie, who filled the void in his heart.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

Francie is a 52-year-old rancher who resides in Colorado. According to The U.S. Sun, Francie met Duane through her late husband, Bob Frane, who used to help the bounty hunter with farm work. Francie lost her husband to cancer shortly before Beth passed away. Francie called Dog The Bounty Hunter to let him know the tragic news. She did so after Duane left a message on their phone, asking for Bob’s help. Duane and Francie bonded over their shared loss.

It looks like Francie is a good role model for Duane, as they go to church three times a week and share meaningful Bible passages on social media. The rancher is also trying to help her soon-to-be husband quit smoking. Duane’s children seem happy with their father’s new relationship so far. Lyssa Chapman has tweeted support multiple times, saying, “love is in the air.” Overall, Francie seems to be a very down-to-earth woman who is ready to spend her life with Duane.

The couple recently shared that they will be tying the knot in September. They planned to marry earlier but needed to postpone the wedding due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic. Dog the Bounty Hunter posted an Instagram photo, hinting that he was soon going to have a new wife. He also confessed his undying love for Francie. Duane first proposed to Francie in May of 2020, and now the couple is hoping that nothing else stands in the way of their big day. Dog The Bounty Hunter chose the venue himself. If the wedding is anything like Francie, it will probably be a low-key affair with close family and friends.
