Kenya Moore from The Real Housewives of Atlanta cried after being eliminated from Dancing with The Stars Monday night. The viewers may know Kenya for being a cast member of RHOA for the past 13 seasons. Fans have seen the reality star go through multiple relationships, a marriage, and welcome her first child. However, Kenya is most known for constantly stirring up the drama amongst her and her castmates.

When it was announced that Kenya would be joining the ABC dancing competition, RHOA fans were excited to see Kenya outside of her role on the Bravo series. Not only did Kenya prove she had what it takes to compete, but she showed the world she is more than just a Real Housewife. While she and her partner Brandon Armstrong didn’t make it far, Kenya was a fierce competitor.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

On Tuesday morning, Kenya took to her Instagram Stories to express how sad she was to leave the DWTS competition so soon. The 50-year-old shared multiple videos of herself on a plane crying and wiping her years away. “So sad right now,” Kenya captioned one of the slides. In the four videos she shared, Kenya, who assumed judges would send her home, does not say a word and is only seen pushing her tears away. The reality star was clearly upset about leaving the competition so soon and had hoped she would have lasted longer. Nonetheless, Kenya danced her heart out every week and did very well for someone who isn’t a professional dancer. Kenya and her partner Brandon were sent home Monday during “Horror Night,” after landing in the bottom two for the third time.

The four judges, Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli, Carrie Ann Inaba, and Derek Hough, all voted to save Suni Lee and Sasha Farber, not Kenya and Brandon, who danced through an injury. “I just want to say thank you so much for this opportunity,” Kenya said at the end of the show. “This has been a dream come true. I love you guys so much.” The dancing couple was in danger of leaving the competition during week three when they were in the bottom two with Christine Chiu and Pasha Pashkov, and again the following week with Matt James and Lindsay Arnold. They were saved both times, but they could not be saved this time around. During a post-show presser earlier this month, Kenya told Page Six that she didn’t know “if they save people more than once.” After she was in the bottom for a second time, Kenya, who is open to meeting a guy, figured she would be sent home for sure that time, but she wasn’t.

Now that Kenya has been eliminated from DWTS, she will begin filming for RHOA season 14, which announced its new and returning cast members for next season. Kenya will return along with Kandi Burress and Drew Sidora, with Shereé Whitfield making a comeback and Marlo Hampton being promoted to full-time.
