10 Additional DLC for Resident Evil: Village

After launching on May 7, Resident Evil: Village has been acclaimed by critics and audiences around the world, earning raves for its expansive world building and the creative characterizations of its many undead monsters.

Following such massive success, it makes sense that Capcom would want to revisit this setting, and sure enough, the company announced that it had started development for additional DLC for the game at E3 2021 (though no other details were provided at this time).

9 Resident Evil Re:Verse Release Date

To coincide with the Resident Evil series’ 25th anniversary, Capcom announced at E3 2021 that the online multiplayer experience Resident Evil Re:Verse would be released in July 2021, after it was delayed at the last-minute when it was supposed to launch with Resident Evil: Village.

Everyone who has purchased Resident Evil: Village will gain access to Resident Evil Re:Verse automatically, and the game will allow players to compete in four to six-person survival horror revenge matches in a number of eerie environments.

8 Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings Of Desire New Trailer

Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, the sequel to 2016’s Monster Hunter Stories, is set to debut on July 9 on the Nintendo Switch, and Capcom attempted to generate even more interest in the latest Monster Hunter title with a new trailer.

This time around, the story begins with the mass disappearance of Rathalos around the world. However, when a Rathalos breaks out of one of the last known Rathalos eggs, it is said to bring ruin to the whole world in time, and it must be stopped.

7 Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings Of Desire Free Demo

Alongside furthering the ad campaign for Monster Hunters 2: Wings of Desire, Capcom took the time at E3 2021 to also reveal additional announcements about the title, such as the fact that a demo for the game would be released on June 25th.

Additionally, this demo will include a save-transfer feature to the full game, allowing players to transfer their progress when the complete title debuts just a few weeks later. The demo is a great way to get a feel for this new world before diving in completely.

6 Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings Of Desire Free Updates

Following Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin‘s launch on July 9, Capcom used E3 2021 to announce that the game would be receiving free updates going forward, with new quests and collaborations being released in the coming months.

One of the most notable additions will be the inclusion of Monster Hunter Rise‘s Palamute, a wolf-like companion that can participate in coordinate attacks alongside the player. It will be added to the game on July 15.

That’s set to change this July, with the debut of The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Microsoft Windows.

To drum up even more excitement for the game’s release, Capcom took the time at E3 2021 to unveil a new trailer for the title, showcasing the schemes of Ryunosuke Naruhodo and his partner Herlock Sholmes.

In the latest The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles trailer, Capcom chose to highlight two new gameplay mechanics, starting with the “Dance of Deduction,” which should prove essential in solving the game’s central mysteries.

Players can now survey a strange situation with the help of their sidekick Herlock Sholmes, and by relying on the power of “logical deduction,” they will be able to discover previously hidden information that will assist them on their adventures.

1 Capcom Pro Tour Returns For 2021

Capcom’s E3 2021 presentation ended with a segment hosted by local esports champions Vicious and RobTV, who took audiences through the upcoming tournament pools for the Capcom Pro Tour.

There will be 32 events in the Capcom Pro Tour coming up in 2021, which represents a return to normal after COVID-19 put many constraints on last year’s events for obvious reasons. Events can be watched on the Capcom Fighters Twitch and YouTube channels.
