While it has been known for a while that LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will have a variety of DLC expansions, it has just recently been announced which characters are included. As expected, LEGO Skywalker Saga revealed Mandalorian DLC characters, but there are plenty of others coming from the films and TV series outside of the nine mainline movies. Strangely there are also a handful of prominent original trilogy characters listed as DLC.

After a significant delay, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga feels as though it’s a long time coming. Players will be allowed to explore the movies in any order, with a significant gameplay overhaul from previous LEGO games. The plastic brick version of the galaxy far, far away will consist of dozens locations for players to explore, with a variety of ships to pilot as well.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

Since large rosters are something of a tradition for LEGO video games, Skywalker Saga will have somewhere around 300 characters. Many have already been revealed prior to launch by way of trailers, but the Star Wars Disney+ shows are ideal for DLC characters, and that’s where much of the post-launch content is coming from. It also wouldn’t be surprising to see more DLC in the future as more Star Wars shows and movies come out.

Every Character In LEGO Skywalker Saga’s DLC Packs

All seven DLC packs for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga can be obtained through purchase of the Character Collection season pass, but each will also be available individually. Those who pre-order a digital copy of the game will also receive a Classic Obi-Wan Kenobi playable character. The characters in each DLC are listed below, alongside their release dates.

The Mandalorian with a companion Grogu is a great way to include a character that doesn’t yet have many abilities. Potentially the strangest piece of DLC is the Classic Characters Pack, since it will bring the classic yellow look of certain Minifigures to the game, which weren’t even present in the original LEGO Star Wars games. It’s unfortunate that all these characters aren’t available in the base game, but at least LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is being upfront about its DLC offerings.
