Turkey Day is Animal Crossing: New Horizons Thanksgiving/Native American Heritage Day holiday equivalent that players can celebrate with all new DIYs. There are 12 of these new DIYs each with its own recipe. These recipes will need to be found on their own before players can craft them, even if they have all the items required to build them.

The nine Turkey Day DIYs are the Turkey Day wheat decor, Turkey Day table setting, Turkey Day table, Turkey Day hearth, Turkey Day garden stand, Turkey Day decorations, Turkey Day chair, and Turkey Day casserole. Each of these recipes can be unlocked by doing Turkey Day cooking activities in-game for Franklin. This means players will need to actively take part in Turkey Day.
