The Season of Legends in Pokémon GO will add several new Legendaries to the game – including Therian Formes of Landorus, Thunderus, and Tornadus – and many different Pokémon will appear in the game via eggs, raids, and the wild. The Season of Legends stretches through June 1st, though, and will be made up of many different events. The first event, Searching For Legends, is now underway.

The Searching For Legends event puts a big focus on Nosepass. The Compass Pokémon will appear in greater numbers during the event, both in the wild and from eggs and one-star raids. Pokémon GO‘s new March event will also have a number of Pokémon appearing more often in the wild, including Diglett, Geodude, Magnemite, Aron, Baltoy, Roggenrola, and Drilbur. Of course, Nosepass will also be appearing more frequently, and players will even have a chance to find a Shiny Nosepass during the event.

There are a variety of Alolan Pokémon showing up in raids and in the wild during the event. Alolan, Diglett, Alolan Geodude, Magnemite, Nosepass, Aron, Lairon, Beldum, Roggenrola, and Drilbur will all be attracted to Incense. Magnemite, Nosepass, Aron, Baltoy, Beldum, and Drilbur will also be hatching from 5km eggs during this time. Additionally, exclusive Field Research and Timed Research will also be available during Pokémon GO‘s Searching For Legends Event.

The Season of Legends will have lots of exciting content, and the Searching For Legends Event kicks things off with more than just different Pokémon appearing in raids and in the wild. The event will also feature a number of various Pokémon in raids. Alolan Diglett, Nosepass, Roggenrola, Drilbur, Ferroseed, and Klink will appear as a part of one-star raids. Meanwhile, Alolan Graveler, Magneton, Skarmory, and Metang will appear in three-star raids during the event.

Pokémon GO‘s events have been a bit hit or miss in the past, but the Searching For Legends event looks like a pretty decent way to kick off Season of Legends. The different Pokémon appearing in the wild, in raids, and via egg hatching is a great way to shake things up – and it’d be an excellent time for players who’ve fallen behind to hop back into Pokémon GO. The Searching For Legends event runs from March 1st – March 14th, 2021.
