Fall Guys creator Mediatonic is offering fans a new and easy way to earn crowns for the game: taking a survey. The vibrant multiplayer game which achieved unexpected and overwhelming success last year has two different in-game currencies, kudos and crowns, which allow players to purchase unique looks or fun credentials. The more prestigious of the two, crowns, are earned when players overcome the competition and become the final bean standing in a match. The highly sought-after golden headgear also, though more rarely, shows up as an award for leveling up. While the latter method has become more prevalent in the game since season two, this offer from Mediatonic is sure to catch a few crown-hunting eyes.

Especially for players that have been attracted to the game following some recent changes, updates, and sales. Winter has been a busy season for Fall Guys as the game ushered in a frost-filled new season. Moving out of the Medieval times, the theme of the game’s second season, Fall Guys hopefuls now face fistfuls of snow, pesky penguins, and a handful of colorfully named, though devastating, obstacles. These, and the festive new costumes, enticed many to jump back into the competition. Others might have been drawn in due to Fall Guys‘ participation in Steam’s annual winter sale, where the game’s price dropped by twenty percent.

The award-winning social media team behind Fall Guys posted to Twitter earlier promising five crowns in return for completing a survey about the game. In what has become a familiar tone for the team’s online posts, the tweet begins with a short sentence asking if players would like “some EZ crowns.” The post goes on to explain that Mediatonic is seeking to better its game and wishes to have fan input on Fall Guys’ future.  Anyone over the age of thirteen will be able to submit answers to what the developers promise is a short survey which should only take about fifteen minutes to complete.

This deal could be a great boon for players who have found themselves a bit light on the shimmering currency but were hoping to pick up some of the game’s recent, limited-time content. This week saw a flood of demons swarm the silly obstacle course as the recently teased Doom Eternal skins hit the game’s shop. The somewhat mismatched crossover was revealed last week, with many looking forward to draping the game’s bumbling beans in a more sinister form. However, looking like a creature out of hell comes at a cost as each costume’s bottom and top demand a killer three crowns.

Luckily, the five crowns Mediatonic is giving out for answering a quick Fall Guys survey will go a long way towards scoring that devilishly good-looking outfit. With the total price of one costume coming in at six crowns, players will only need to earn one more. Unfortunately, there are no more surveys to cover the bill for the other skins, so good luck getting those victories.
