Much like any other battle royale game, Fall Guys has in-game currencies that can be spent on cosmetic items that the player-character can wear during each gameshow. However, Fall Guys has two forms of currency: Kudos and Crowns. Kudos can be purchased with real money, can be obtained in large amounts from the season pass, and are awarded based on performance at the end of each round. Crowns, on the other hand, are a lot more difficult to get ahold of.

Common and Rare items can be purchased with Kudos. These can be anything from a new victory pose to a sweet new outfit, but players will need a lot of Kudos before they can purchase anything. Epic and Legendary rarity items can only be purchased with Crowns. This gives players more of an incentive to keep playing to earn more Crowns to get better cosmetics. Unlike many battle royale games, Fall Guys rewards the player with in-game currencies based on how well they perform each round.

How to Gain More Crowns

Crowns can be tough to obtain, and rightfully so. The cosmetics that players can purchase with Crowns are prestigious and are definitely worth the time and effort put in to earn them. The easiest way to earn Crowns is by leveling up the season pass. These Crowns are few and far between, but they are the easiest Crowns to obtain. But when the player collects all of the season pass Crowns they will need to find another way to obtain them.

The only other way to earn Crowns is by winning games of Fall Guys. Not qualifying rounds, but actual full games. The winner of each gameshow wins earns a Crown. This makes Crowns pretty hard to obtain as only 1 out of every 60 contestants will win a Crown each game. There is even an achievement that the devs have deemed impossible that requires the player to win 5 games in a row.

However, with enough determination and dumb luck, players should be able to win a few games and snag a couple of Crowns. The only problem is that the really good items cost 5 Crowns or more. This gives a player even more of a reason to keep playing Fall Guys even though they will get knocked down over and over and over again.
