With the second season of The Family Chantel ending, fans are wondering if a third season is happening and who will be returning. Here’s what we know so far.

The Family Chantel is a spinoff series of 90 Day Fiancé that follows Chantel Everett and Pedro Jimeno. The reality show follows the newly-married couple as they navigate the complexities of an intercultural marriage. The first season debuted on July 22, 2019, and the second season just aired from October to December 2020. During the second season, viewers gained more insight into other members of the Jimeno-Everett family, which added more intrigue to the spin-off show.

To date, TLC and other networks have not renewed a third season of The Family Chantel. However, since the final episode of the second season aired on December 14, it’s still too early to tell if there will be a subsequent season. Fans of the show should expect to hear about a renewal in the upcoming months, if there is one. If a third season is confirmed, viewers will likely be able to watch it sometime during 2021. In fact, the third season would probably air around the same time as the second season, from October to December.

Since a third season hasn’t been confirmed, there’s no way of knowing which cast members will return or leave. There’s a chance new members will be added to the show, considering the new additions did well in the second season. Chantel and Pedro will definitely return, as they are the premise for the entire series. A lot of storylines were left open-ended at the end of the second season, which means those cast members will probably return, too. For example, Nicole Jimeno and Alejandro Padron made a serious commitment to one another through a promise ring, so they’ll likely return for another season. The married couple’s family is also likely to return, including Karen Everett, Thomas Everett, River Everett, Winter Everett, Jah, Lidia Jimeno, Royal Everett, and Angenette.

It’s too early to know any hard facts about the third season of The Family Chantel. But one thing is certain: Viewers are dying to see more of the Jimeno-Everett family! Despite many viewers complaining about the series during the season two premiere, the high ratings indicate an interested audience who will be hungry to know what happens next for this crew. Stay tuned for further details as they become available.
