Tej Parker has been a vital character of the Fast & Furious franchise since the series’ first sequel, 2 Fast 2 Furious. The figure, played by Christopher “Ludacris” Bridges, has starred in four installments since his 2003 debut, and he’s been behind the wheels of some memorable vehicles during his time on Dominic Toretto’s (Vin Diesel) crew. Tej became a member of the group due to his history with Dom’s right-hand man, Brian O’Conner (Paul Walker), while living in Miami. Bridges reprised his role of Tej in F9, which premiered in June 2021.

Despite being a skilled driver, Tej elected to solely host races near his garage in Miami when he first met Brian in 2 Fast 2 Furious. He ended up helping Brian and Roman during their undercover mission, but Tej probably didn’t expect to reunite with the pair in worldwide heists in the years to come. As an expert hacker, Tej emerged as a key piece to Dom’s crew as they faced off with criminals, corrupt businessmen, and terrorists.

As a loyal member of the group, Tej never backed down from a mission no matter how dangerous it could become. In more recent installments, he took a liking to newcomer Ramsey and often made an effort to have her in the passenger seat of his cars. While the list of vehicles driven by Tej will continue to grow as the saga eventually reaches eleven movies, here’s every notable car he took control of thus far in the Fast & Furious franchise.

1991 Acura NSX

After Brian and Roman received vehicles from Monica Fuentes to carry out their undercover mission, they brought the cars to Tej’s Garage to get them checked out. The business was not only a typical automotive garage, but it was also a site of entertainment. Outside of the garage, Tej’s brown and gold Acura NSX could be seen parked out front. It had a custom design similar to Louis Vuitton’s purse pattern but with different initials.

2002 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII

The 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII was the car that Brian primarily used while working undercover for Monica. Upon learning that there were trackers on the cars given for the mission, Brian and Roman decided to go a different route. When the pair were tracked to a warehouse, they enlisted dozens of other drivers to scramble out of the building to confuse the police. Despite the conflict, the police were able to find Brian’s Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, but it was being driven by Tej while Suki was driving Roman’s Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder.

1963 Ford Galaxie 500 XL

When Dom and Brian put together a team to take down Hernan Reyes, they made sure to bring in Tej. When he arrived in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Tej was driving a black Ford Galaxie. Roman made sure to poke fun of Tej’s classic ride while at the group’s hideout. The car was briefly seen again at the end of Fast Five as Tej worked on it in the garage that he opened with the money from the vault heist.

1999 Toyota Supra MK IV JDM

Since Dom’s crew needed to evade security cameras to carry out their heist, they built a test course in the hideout. None of the cars were fast enough, so Dom and Brian won a few in various Rio street races. Among the cars was a Toyota Supra that members of the crew tested, including Tej. Dom’s group tole a few police cruisers to disguise themselves in plain sight since the other cars failed to avoid security cameras.

2010 Koenigsegg CCXR

Following the successful vault heist, the crew split the millions they stole and went on their separate ways. Roman visited Tej at his new garage to show off his Koenigsegg CCXR, claiming that it was the only one in the western hemisphere. A woman then drove up in Tej’s own black Koenigsegg CCXR, confirming that there were now two of the vehicles in the western hemisphere.

Ferrari FXX

At the start of Fast and Furious 6, Dom’s crew was still living luxurious lives due to the money acquired from the Rio heist. Tej was shown in Costa Rica driving a red and white Ferrari FXX that local kids admired. Though it was intended to be an FXX model in the movie, it was actually a Ferrari Enzo body kit. The car hasn’t been seen since the opening sequence of the sixth film.

2010 BMW E60 M5

While watching over Owen Shaw and his team in London, Luke Hobbs gave Dom’s crew several BMW M5s. The group used them to follow the mercenaries after alarms were set off at Interpol Headquarters. Tej was behind the wheel of one of the BMWs, but it was destroyed by Shaw’s flip cars. The same went for all of the other BMWs except for Dom’s.

Mercedes-Benz G-Klasse W460

As Shaw and his team attempted to flee on a plane, Dom’s crew attempted to stop the aircraft on the runway. Dom, Brian, and Letty board the moving plane to rescue Mia, who was being held as a hostage. Meanwhile, the rest of the group tried to weigh down the plan to stop it from taking off. Tej and Hobbs both used Mercedes-Benz G-Klasse vehicles to tether down the plane. While the group succeeded in their mission, Gisele seemingly sacrificed herself in the process.

2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

In Furious 7, Dom’s crew was enlisted by Mr. Nobody in rescuing a hacker named Ramsay from Mose Jakande’s terrorist organization. They planned to ambush their convoy by parachuting a set of cars out of a plane. To airdrop over the Caucasus Mountains, Tej used an armored grey Jeep Wrangler Unlimited equipped with a parachute at the hit of a button. Upon landing on the roads below, Dom’s group managed to obtain Ramsey safely.

2010 Ferrari 458

After getting Ramsey, the group needed to travel to Abu Dhabi to acquire a flash drive that obtained the God’s Eye program. To fit in with the culture, Dom, Brian, Letty, Roman, and Tej each drove expensive cars when they arrived at the city. Tej, in particular, was shown driving a bright yellow Ferrari 458 before the group infiltrated the Etihad Towers. Like the other cars seen in the Abu Dhabi sequence, the Ferrari wasn’t seen again.

2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon

Toward the beginning of The Fate of the Furious, Dom, Letty, Roman, Tej, and Ramsey assisted Hobbs in obtaining an EMP device in Berlin. To carry out the mission, the group, aside from Hobbs, drove silver Dodge Challenger SRT Demons. After acquiring the device, the crew goes on a getaway throughout Berlin until Dom betrayed the others, stealing the asset for Cipher. Out of all the models used, Dom’s was the only one to sustain any real damage.

2016 Mercedes AMG GT S

While Dom was sent on a special mission by Cipher in New York City, his former crew followed him in the hope that they could stop him. To try and apprehend Dom, law enforcement agent Little Nobody allowed each member to pick a new car out of a warehouse. Tej chose a grey 2016 Mercedes AMG GT S with two black stripes, which he used to chase Dom around the city. When the crew cornered Dom, they used harpoon guns attached to their cars, pulling Dom’s vehicle in all directions. Dom then destroyed all of their vehicles, and Tej’s Mercedes was pulled directly into Letty’s Corvette Sting Ray.

Howe & Howe Technologies Ripsaw MS3 UGV

In The Fate of the Furious‘ climatic sequence, Dom’s old crew traveled to Russia to stop Cipher from hijacking a submarine to launch its nuclear missiles. Once again, they were allowed to pick out a vehicle to carry out the mission. Tej went with the logical choice by picked a Ripsaw MS3 UGV Tank developed by Howe & Howe Technologies. Ramsey sat in the passenger seat of the tank as Tej took down the military base’s attackers and rescued Roman out of the ice.

Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk

When Dom and his son were working on a tractor on their secluded farm at the start of F9, a car drove up to the property. Despite the worry, the car ended up holding some of Dom’s closest allies. When the matte silver Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk pulled up, Tej, Roman, and Ramsey got out. Tej drove the others to Dom’s hideout to enlist help in recovering Mr. Nobody after he sent a distress call. After delivering the update, Tej and the group left to prepare for the mission, but it was unclear what happened to his Jeep.

2020 Jeep Gladiator

Tej truly showcased his love for Jeeps in F9, considering he also drove a 2020 Jeep Gladiator during the intense Montequinto sequence. After traveling through Montequinto to inspect Mr. Nobody’s plane crash, Tej was involved in a chase, which featured him driving his Jeep pickup through the jungle. Local military members pursued Dom’s group through the dangerous terrain, including a minefield. Tej also used the Jeep to cross a falling wooden bridge, narrowly getting his passengers to the other side. Though the Jeep was in good shape, it wasn’t seen again in the ninth Fast & Furious installment.
