Role Quests in Final Fantasy XIV, previously known as Job Quests, have now been updated with new Endwalker storylines for Healers and the rest of the combat jobs. During the Shadowbringers expansion, players had to complete one of the Role Questlines if they wished to progress the MSQ. However, Endwalker has removed this inconvenience, granting adventurers the choice to complete the optional job questlines in Final Fantast XIV.

The Healer Role Quests will be available for White Mages, Scholars, Astrologians, and the brand-new Sage. FFXIV fans will need to attain Level 85 to accept the first Role Quest, and while it’s possible to have them all leveled to 85, players only need to have one Healer Job be at Level 85 to begin the questline. An important detail to note is that players will need to make it to a specific region in Endwalker to start their role’s new story arc, which means they will need to complete a portion of the final expansion’s Main Scenario to get there.

After finishing the Endwalker MSQ, “At World’s End,” players will gain access to Radz-at-Han, a large city to the northeast of Thavnair. From here, head to X:7.6, Y:9.7, and speak to the Ala Mhigan Delegate. Finally, the player will be directed to meet up with Raubahn in Ala Mhigo, thus beginning the Healer Role Quests in Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker.

Leveling for the Healer Role Quests in FFXIV: Endwalker

If one of Hydaelyn’s Chosen desires to embark on the Healer Role Questline but lacks a Level 85 Healer Job, they can use several methods for quickly leveling their character. The first and most convenient method is buying a job boost from the Final Fantasy XIV Online Store. For example, a Tales of Adventure / One Hero’s Journey purchase will instantly grant a Level 80 Healer Job, along with high-end gear in FFXIV. However, keep in mind that the new Sage job is excluded from the store’s selection.

On the other hand, those who wish to preserve their wallet have several available options for power leveling. Without a doubt, the Daily Duty Roulletes are the best source of XP gain. Additionally, Patch 6.01 has buffed the number of experience points earned from Dungeons, and this boost also applies to Trusts. In the past, FATES were regarded as less efficient for leveling, but now, due to Endwalker‘s updates, FATES have become much more popular and have become a decent means of gaining XP. In addition, the weekly Wondrous Tales minigame from Heavensward is a fun and enticing way to attain levels easily. Finally, “Save the Queen” content is still a highly profitable means of quickly earning experience; however, this leveling route is “grindy” and is only available to those who’ve reached a high level with their job.

Final Fantasy XIV is available on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam or Square Enix’s official website.
